Is yoga a pure stretching exercise from the Far East, or is there much more to it? The increasingly popular “physical training” offered by yoga, unfortunately also by churches, is a Trojan horse in the classic sense. Highly spiritual and extremely dangerous.
Strange figures associated with yoga

Theosophist and avowed Satanist Helena Petrovna Blavatsky is also associated with the philosophy of yoga. Her writings, such as Secret Doctrine and Isis Unveiled, are among the standard works of occultism and outright Satanism. Alice N. Bailey, the mentor for—hardly believe it—the global curriculum rolled out by the UN in the 1990s for virtually all schools (Info, followed in Blavatsky’s footsteps.
It is also noteworthy that the first volume of Isis Unveiled (1877) describes modern science in particular as “infallible.” The fact that Blavatsky, in her second volume, is outraged by the Roman Catholic Church and also pillories the Jesuits can be safely regarded as laying false trails. After all, the Roman Church is also outraged by Freemasonry, even though all its cardinals, as “superintendents,” can show a lodge number.
Masonic lodges, set up as a “gilded cage,” preferably for Protestants, founded and controlled by the Jesuit Order. The usual game according to Hegel. Essentially, the “elites” of the Church of Rome and the Freemasons worship the same “deity,” Lucifer. From the 30th degree onward, no Freemason can extricate himself by claiming “ignorance,” and certainly not from the 32nd degree onward. Lucifer must be mentioned by name in the oath of consecration.
Blavatsky is also considered the founder of the New Age movement. This pantheistic philosophy was nurtured and cultivated by the UN’s “spiritual mentor,” Pierre Teilhard de Chardin (“Omega Point,” where matter within man becomes self-aware). It’s no surprise that Teilhard de Chardin was a Jesuit, a spiritual soldier of the Roman Catholic Church. This alone shows that something must be amiss with the great interest in yoga, even among such dark figures as Blavatsky, Bailey, Crowley, and Chardin, who all pulled together.
Therefore, the question of what yoga could have to do with such dark figures was superfluous. But the connection between “Western” occultism and Far Eastern philosophies, especially Hinduism and its offshoots, is far closer than just the numerous parallels. This is in the nature of things, for they have the same origin or originator.
Origin and motive of yoga

Given these strange connections, it is very important to know how yoga actually originated, who introduced it, and for what reasons. Fundamentally, the idea of yoga is not just about stretching and extending muscles and tendons, but primarily a spiritual application to establish contact with many of the almost countless gods of Hinduism. Yoga Sutras by Panjali (Patanjali) can also be found in relevant Hindu scriptures. He was a scholar in India and the author of the Yogastura, the manual for yoga. According to Hindu belief, Panjali was not a normal human being, but a hybrid creature with the upper body of a human and the lower body of a snake.
If one follows the history consistently, the actual origin of this philosophy based on pantheism can be found in ancient Babylon, the “paganism sling” of antiquity.
Panjali is often depicted in a seated, meditative posture with the head of a cobra snake behind his head. This is also how Buddha is regularly depicted in Buddhism. The name Panjali (Patanjali) means something like “to fly, to fall down.” A snake in the “popular form” of the highly venomous cobra, and it fell. Those familiar with chapter 12 of the Book of Revelation might even see a parallel in this.
Revelation 12:3-4:
“And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads. And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the earth: and the dragon stood before the woman which was ready to be delivered, for to devour her child as soon as it was born.“
Revelation 12:9:
“And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.“
A yoga guru explains it
One of the most popular yoga instructions is “The Light of Yoga Way of Life” by Sri Swami Chidanandaji Maharaj (Source). Who could provide better answers to the meaning and purpose of yoga than the “top yoga guru” of his time? This book clearly describes “how gods communicate with humans” and how humans can connect with them through yoga.
Less surprising, again, is one of the central tenets of yoga: awakening humanity’s own divinity. The “indwelling light.” A concept that the serpent in the Garden of Eden introduced as the first lie, and which the Roman Catholic Church also adopted as an official teaching in its catechism (Info). Here, too, the circles come full circle.
Yoga – Connecting with “Gods”

The exercises practiced in yoga represent very specific postures of the body, literally detailed down to the fingertips, representing one of the Hindu deities. These yoga positions are intended to bring the body and mind (if possible, “empty”) into a quasi-resonance with the energy of this “deity,” thus enabling communication. One example is the lotus position in yoga. This posture glorifies the “deity” Shiva, one of the main gods in Hinduism. Concisely, the common representation of Shiva is the trilobite and the snake wrapped around his neck, again the cobra.
As diverse as the “deities” are, so diverse are the postures and positions in yoga. A fatal practice, because—and this is precisely the dramatic point—it actually works. However, these aren’t the nonexistent “gods” anyway, but rather demons that the snake dragged down with it when it fell to earth. They want to be worshipped as gods, but they aren’t, yet they are real nonetheless.
Yoga MUST be seen spiritually

The gospel is spiritual, faith is spiritual, human salvation is based on the spiritual, the people of God as the Israel of the New Testament are spiritual, the law is spiritual, the struggle between good and evil, light and darkness, is spiritual. As clear as it is in Ephesians 6:12:
“For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.“
and Romans 7:14:
“For we know that the law is spiritual: but I am carnal, sold under sin.“
Therefore, the “spiritual” must be considered in all areas of life. This especially includes seemingly harmless things like yoga, which, however, have a thoroughly spiritual aspect because they were taken from pagan religions.1 Corinthians 2:14:
“But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.“
Anyone practicing yoga according to traditional instructions must be aware that this practically invites demons and opens the door to their own mind like a barn door. Once these vassals of the adversary gain a foothold, they will carry out their work of (moral) degeneration and won’t simply leave.
It is not to be expected that active yoga practitioners will ever be in danger of appearing like “snarling zombies.” This would be too crude and cannot be applied to deception. The adversary’s goal is for people to worship him, and thus inevitably perish. This is already achieved when misled people honor false deities and increasingly do more things in their lives, no matter how good these may be considered by society, but which lead them even further away from God or Jesus Christ. In fact, behind every false deity lurks a comrade of Satan.

Yoga spiritualism also in Protestant churches
The fact that yoga, of all things, is also a program offered to interested parties by churches of the Evangelical Churches in Germany (EKD) leaves a very bitter aftertaste. The spiritual aspect of yoga is certainly recognized by these churches, as they also offer programs for “contemplative meditation,” which is spiritual through and through. This all makes it even worse.
This development in the former Evangelical Lutheran churches, however, is not surprising. On the one hand, this massive apostasy from the gospel, toward the “mother church” Rome, and thus also toward spiritualism and idolatry, has long been announced in the Bible; on the other hand, these institutions, which still call themselves Protestant and are funded by taxpayers’ money, have already officially hung on to their mother’s coattails (Info).
These apostate religious institutions are the “false prophet” mentioned in prophecy. In Europe, they are still striving to gain more political influence, while in the USA, the opposite trend is already underway. Politics is becoming increasingly religious. Therefore, the “beast from the earth” (Revelation 13) is clearly identified with the USA (Info). From there, this philosophy dictated by Rome will spread throughout the entire world.
Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness; And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace; Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God: Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;
