The US President has introduced the GENIUS Act. A law intended to ensure US dominance in the field of digital currency on a global level. A tool for “consumer protection” and a prosperous US economy, according to the official promise. The beast from the earth is positioning itself, however, according to the conclusion of the prophecy of Revelation 13.

GENIUS Act USA – Revelation 13
Another major step toward the impending fulfillment of the prophecy of Revelation 13. The “beast from the earth” (Revelation 13, verse 11 onward) proclaims sovereignty over a future globally introduced digital currency. On July 18, 2025, the US President sealed the deal by signing the “GENIUS Act.” A law that establishes the United States as the leader in the “digital currency revolution.” The reason given for this, “of course,” is primarily the desire to protect consumers.
The GENIUS Act protects consumers from “nefarious actors in the financial markets,” according to the official White House statement (Source). This law also strengthens the status of the US dollar as a reserve currency and serves “national security.” The US will become the “undisputed leader in digital assets.”
Donald Trump made a promise during his election campaign to make the US a global leader in the cryptocurrency sector. The White House stated that the US president is now fulfilling this promise.
An entrepreneur takes the floor
What isn’t included in the official statement from the US administration, however, was explained by David Sacks at the press conference held after the signing, in the presence of Donald Trump. Sacks, a native South African, is, of course, not a politician, but an entrepreneur. Media outlets have described the former COO of PayPal as a “member of the PayPal Mafia.” His proximity to politics is largely due to generous financial donations.
David Sacks explained the GENIUS Act:
“This GENIUS Act will unlock American dominance in the crypto industry by creating clear rules of the road. It will update archaic payment rails with a revolutionary new payment system. And it will extend U.S. Dollar dominance. Like you said, globally, by creating a digital dollar that people all over the world can use. And for every digital dollar in a crypto wallet, there’ll be a traditional Dollar in the U.S. bank account, which will create trillions of dollars of demand for U.S. Treasuries. So that is the power of this bill, is U.S. Dollar dominance.“
The digital currency will therefore be the dollar, will be used globally and will not exist in parallel, but will serve as a replacement, as Sacks emphasizes.
The most notable aspect of entrepreneur Sacks’ speech is the emphasis on the global use of the envisioned digital US dollar. He speaks of “can,” but will this be the case for a longer period of time once this “reserve currency” has been implemented globally? According to entrepreneur Sacks, the answer is yes, as he spoke of “replacing archaic payment systems.” Digital currency also means absolute control over the money itself, the associated account, and also the account holder, with a personal digital identity that will also be implemented by then.
Debt reduction actually impossible
Well, the US debt clock currently shows an outstanding balance of around $34 trillion. In other words, $34,000 billion, or $34 million million. Given the prevailing monetary and financial system, this debt (whoever the creditors may be) can only be paid by taking the money away from someone else. For purely logical reasons (fiat money and interest), the total global debt cannot be paid at all, because the accruing interest on the debt (for creditors, it’s returns) always requires someone else to incur additional debt. A literal, exponentially accelerating vicious spiral.
The official White House statement emphasizes consumer protection, and the press conference talks about debt reduction and a prosperous economy. Given the reality, these are easily identified as bogus arguments.
Bring everyone(!) under the hood
The emphasis in relation to the prophecy in Revelation 13 lies in verses 16 to 17:
“And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.“
The beast (from the earth) will “cause” not just a limited group of people, but all(!) people to be given a mark. Anyone who refuses will be economically excluded, as buying and selling will no longer be possible. With the desired digital currency and its administration in the USA, this exclusion from trade, i.e., social annihilation, is possible with just the touch of a button..
The USA has long held global supremacy, be it in the financial market, control of the economy, or the military (Info). All that was missing was the instrument to bring all “small and large, rich and poor, free and slave” under absolute control.
With the adoption of the GENIUS Act, a new milestone has been set on this path.
