Time of Creation and “Creation Sabbath” – Prophetic?

The “Season of Creation” has begun again with the start of the “World Day of Prayer for Creation.” An ecumenical project for the brotherhood of different churches. Even the congregation that at first glance seems above suspicion is participating with great enthusiasm, at least in its leadership. Perhaps even the visible fulfillment of a prophecy.

Every year again

On September 1st, churches, particularly those involved in ecumenical activities, will once again celebrate the “World Day of Prayer for Creation.” This marks the beginning of the “Season of Creation” phase, which lasts until October 4th. Pope Leo XIV explicitly supports these commemoration days and emphasized the importance of the ecumenical initiative during his recent Angelus message. The “World Day of Prayer for Creation” is still a relatively new tradition in the Roman Catholic Church. Pope Francis first established this “eco-day” in 2015. It is “timely and perfectly fitting” for his environmental encyclical “Laudato Si’,” published in advance on May 24, 2015.

At the heart of the “Church Nature Days” is the “Canticle of the Sun,” composed by St. Francis of Assisi, who has been declared a saint. It is a homage to nature in which the sun, moon, water, wind, fire, etc., are referred to as brothers and sisters. The “Time of Creation” thus complements “Earth Day,” which has been celebrated since 1970, annually on April 22nd (Info).

“Whatever doesn’t fit is simply made to fit.” This is also the case with the Church of Rome, which links the biblical Sabbath (Exodus 20:8-11), which explicitly refers to God the true Creator, with the “old creation” only to be able to connect the “new creation” with Sunday (Info).

Where you wouldn’t have expected it

Just as the ecumenical movement that has been promoted for decades is producing its strange blossoms, such excesses can also be seen in the participating religious communities. Even in churches where one would not have expected it at first glance, if one were to exclude the prophecies. While fully recognizing the still absolutely valid Sabbath (7th day of the week, “Saturday”), in connection with creation according to Exodus 20, it nevertheless seems necessary to establish a separate “Creation Sabbath.” At this point, one might ask why? For the Sabbath, alongside Israel’s liberation from Egypt (Deuteronomy 5), is clearly connected to creation.

Origin “Creation Sabbath” (!)

This “Creation Sabbath” was first celebrated by the General Conference Corporation of Seventh-day Adventists on October 24, 2009. Since then, the “Creation Sabbath” has been proclaimed every fourth Sabbath in October. The reasoning behind the establishment of this special day, however, is quite compelling:

“This had more to do with the year than the day of the event, as 2009 marked the 200th anniversary of the birth of Charles Darwin and the 150th anniversary of his book, The Origin of Species by Natural Selection.” (Source)

One wonders what might be ingrained in some of the “top echelons.” Not only is the evolutionary hypothesis (“Atheist Religion“) diametrically opposed to the biblical account of creation, but the 150th anniversary year could also contain a very interesting and insightful aspect.

Absolutely prophetic quality

In this regard, it is worthwhile to take a closer look at the 5th and 6th trumpets according to Revelation chapter 9. In addition to the “classical interpretation” of the 7 trumpets, which spans a historical period between the years 410 and 1840, there is also the anti-typical meaning for the period 1840 to the present day and the near future, according to the striking statement in Revelation 10:11, “Thou must prophesy again before many peoples, and nations, and tongues, and kings.” (Info).

During the phase of the 5th Trumpet in anti-typical application, people will be tormented for “five months,” specifically those who do not have the seal of God on their foreheads (Revelation 9:4-5). However, this is not the final seal of the 144,000 (Revelation 7), but the pledge of the Holy Spirit. (Info). Those people who are not firm in faith and trust in God will suffer harm during the 5th trumpet.

Exactly 150 years

Five prophetic months correspond to 150 years (Info). Charles Darwin published his first work on evolution in 1849. A theory that was able to erase the Bible’s creation account from people’s minds. But only those people who weren’t connected to the true faith. After 150 years, it was the year 2009, the time for the beginning of the 6th trumpet. During this phase, one-third of humanity will be killed (spiritually) by a large cavalry army (Revelation 9:15-16). This looks like a massively disseminated heresy or philosophy. According to the starting point, the “great river Euphrates,” thus a doctrine of Babylon.

Looking back, we can see that after a sustained wave of “tolerance,” which likely prepared people’s minds, an avalanche of “rainbow colors” was unleashed upon humanity. In 2009, US President Barack Obama signed legislation making “queer-woke” not only legal, but discrimination against them even punishable. Since then, the rainbow colors and the “philosophy” behind them have been displayed everywhere: at schools, on public transportation, at city halls, in supermarket parking lots, at schools and kindergartens, even at churches.

That could be true, but it doesn’t have to be. There is, however, a recognizable analogy.

Simply stay on the gospel

As usual. The world is fully motivated to plunge even further; the bottom has not yet been reached. The great apostasy within the people of God is visibly repeating itself and is in full swing. With the merging of various excerpts from the Gospel and humanism, humanity is moving directly toward an “ecumenical theosophy,” which has long possessed characteristics that have been describable (Info).

All that remains is to stand firm on the foundation of the Gospel, come what may.
