Scout group of the STA drums up shamanic and voodoo stuff

One can hardly believe one’s eyes. Young people in a Seventh-day Adventist Scout group are drumming in a style reminiscent of shamanism and voodoo. One can’t help but wonder, who is responsible for this? But one also knows God’s answer to this, especially to those who opened the path to spiritualism for these young people!

Strong stuff!

Seeing this is truly painful. The “great apostasy” within God’s people, the last church in the epochs of human history (“The Prophetic Letters to 7 Churches“), is already here! This extends from the elders to the young people. In the USA, this trend is particularly pronounced. Even among young people! Yet Jesus Christ made a crystal-clear statement regarding the “weakest,” Matthew 18:6:

But whoso shall offend one of these little ones which believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea.

There is absolutely no reason for this nonsense.

Truth? Shock! Too late?

One may not be able to relate to the “Scouting” in Seventh-day Adventist (SDA) congregations, or one may be completely enthusiastic about it. That is essentially irrelevant.

The Gospel, the living Word of God, has a special term for this process: “foreign fire.” The starting point was the fire kindled by God himself for the sacrifices, the oil candles (menorah), and the altar of incense at the dedication of the Tabernacle of the people of Israel. The priests were tasked with ensuring that the fire would never go out under any circumstances. Nor was anyone to even consider bringing any other fire into the sanctuary of the Tabernacle!

Ironically, two sons of the first high priest of Israel, Aaron, the brother of Moses, disregarded God’s commandment and wore the robes while obviously intoxicated.

Leviticus 10:1-2:
And Nadab and Abihu, the sons of Aaron, took either of them his censer, and put fire therein, and put incense thereon, and offered strange fire before the LORD, which he commanded them not. And there went out fire from the LORD, and devoured them, and they died before the LORD.

Dead, stone dead, even consumed by fire. Possibly “perforated” before the eyes of many witnesses.

Practice shows it, even presented online via YouTube video 1. You’d never guess it was performed by young people from a Scout group of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. Seeing it is truly breathtaking! Pure drumming, like you’d hear from indigenous peoples in the Amazon, shamans in Asia, or elsewhere 2. Pantheism in practice with drums, wooden instruments, and glockenspiel. Something for the emotions, just like what you see in the Avatar movies. The deity(ies) in nature, not as creators alone, but inherent within – pure pantheism. Something that has its roots in ancient Babylon and can also be found in Hellenism and the cults of the ancient Romans.

Paul knew that this was exactly the case in Rome and warned of it, as well as the consequences of this godlessness, Romans 1:24-25:
Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves: Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen.

The Holy Spirit can still save!

Testament
Return to the Word of God!

In this case, since it involves young people (see Matthew 18:6), the primary responsibility lies with those setting an example, the pastors and elders of the local church! There is absolutely nothing holy about this emotional nonsense, which is an absolute abomination to God! It is a confusion between spirituality and spiritism, the direct or indirect veneration and worship of demons. Those in positions of responsibility must, above all, teach and strengthen the young people in the Word of God with the utmost care! All is not yet lost; the motto is to pray for them, for those in positions of responsibility and for the young people!

Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them.
