Science excludes the gospel, although the gospel does not demonize science per se. Mutual compatibility was once recognized. Over time, however, this has fundamentally changed, along with many church teachings.

Bible was once the reference
The gospel and science were once in harmony. At least, this was true until the field of science had not yet been taken over by the spirit of the “Age of Reason.” This changed almost abruptly during the 18th century, when numerous “thinkers, poets, and other clever minds” did their best to explain the world to humanity.
Influenced by Hellenism, the philosophy of the ancient Greek Empire according to Plato, Aristotle, and the like, Napoleon Bonaparte de facto founded archaeology during the bloodbath of the French Revolution by sending a research troop specifically to Egypt, which he had invaded and annexed, to conduct extensive excavations and discovery work there.
Until then, historians viewed the Bible not only as a source of information for finding clues for their ongoing research, but even as a reference work. If biblical accounts contradicted the supposed knowledge of historical events, the “knowledge” was rejected. The opposite has long been the case. If science believes it has achieved ultimate knowledge through a discovery in a particular layer of earth, the Bible no longer plays any role today. Dismissed as a hodgepodge of stories and fictions by superstitious, patriarchal men.
Anything that doesn’t fit is removed
But it is also this science that categorizes archaeological discoveries that completely don’t fit the existing concept as “Out of Place Artifacts (OOPAs)” and allows them to disappear into some archive, never to be seen again. Added to this is the rather strange tendency to consider things that have not yet been discovered as having never existed.
Thus, it has continued to be the case to this day that archaeological discoveries that could have been “discovered” long ago using the Bible have always been a confirmation of the written word. Until recently, scientists have been able to obtain discovered objects that are fully supported by the Bible. But as “reason” always does, the Word of God declares everything that archaeology has not yet been able to find to be nonsense and myth.
Systematic destruction

It happened, one might almost say, as it had to happen. In the mid-19th century, a hypothesis emerged that is still favored today, which was intended to relegate the Gospel as a whole to the repository of pictorial history. The so-called theory of evolution (Info). This thesis was intended to neutralize the word of God right at its beginning, the creation account in Genesis. Once the origin and reason for everything are eliminated, the rest becomes superfluous.
However, since the fictitious state of incompatibility between generally accepted reality and the biblical word, created by mankind animated by the “Age of Reason,” was artificially created, measures were taken in the 20th century to urgently close this dividing gap. After all, the aim is to unite humanity into a brotherly family and not drive it further apart.
Roman Church significantly involved
“Specialists” of the Roman Church found a spiritual solution to bridge the dividing gap. Georges Lemaître, a Jesuit, invented the Big Bang theory as the origin of all material existence. In doing so, he served the field of science, which already orients its model theories accordingly to maintain the thesis of the non-existence of God.
Pierre Teilhard de Chardin, a Jesuit, set to work on the spiritual aspect. He built a bridge between the “Big Bang material” of science and the incompatibility of the spiritual aspects based on the Gospel. The result is known as the “New Age.” The real feat was to reconcile this philosophy, also supported by the theosophist Helena Petrovna Blavatsky (a Satanist), with the doctrine of the Roman Catholic Church.
The previous Pope Francis, a Jesuit, fully confirmed the Roman Church’s view that the Bible and the theory of evolution are compatible. The Big Bang, the Pope stated in 2014, is not a contradiction, but a prerequisite for proving the “creative intervention of God.”
This message was even carried and spread by a medium that could not be more “left-woke-secular” (Source). The compatibility between the theory of evolution and the biblical account of creation, according to the Catholic version, can also be read in the Catechism.
Doubting science is heresy

This is stated in the Compendium of the Roman Catholic Catechism, Canon 29:
“Though faith is above reason, there can never be a contradiction between faith and science because both originate in God. It is God himself who gives to us the light both of reason and of faith. ”
For this thesis, the Church does not use a statement from the Bible, but rather a “saint”:
“I believe, in order to understand; and I understand, the better to believe.” (Saint Augustine)“
The Church dictates what must be believed. The Church and its religious decisions are infallible. And this “infallible” Church claims that there can be no contradiction between (its) faith and science. One and one makes two, simple logic. This means that science is in harmony with Roman doctrine, is therefore equally infallible, and must be believed in the same way, without question or doubt. Thus, by definition, deviations from “scientific faith” are to be condemned as heresy, just like teachings that do not conform to the requirements of the Dicastery for the Doctrine of the Faith (Inquisition).
Evolution indirectly anchored in the catechism
The theory of evolution is also compatible with the Roman Catechism, as in the Compendium, Canon 54:
“God created the universe freely with wisdom and love. The world is not the result of any necessity, nor of blind fate, nor of chance. God created “out of nothing” (ex nihilo) (2 Maccabees 7:28) a world which is ordered and good and which he infinitely transcends. God preserves his creation in being and sustains it, giving it the capacity to act and leading it toward its fulfillment through his Son and the Holy Spirit.“
What does 2 Maccabees 7:28 say?
“I ask you, my child, look at heaven and earth and consider everything in them and recognize that God made all this out of nothing, and we humans are also made in the same way.“
The fact that the Two Books of Maccabees are a dubious late text, in which the first book contains much praise for the Roman occupiers and the second book contains instructions for prayers for the dead and sacrifices for the forgiveness of sins of the already deceased, is a peculiarity of the biblical canon of the Church of Rome (Info). What makes it particularly interesting, however, is that the above verse is taken from the German “Luther 2017” version of the Bible. Not entirely surprising, however (Info).
God declared an evolutionist
In Canon 54 of the Compendium Catechism, the declared compatibility with the theory of evolution can be seen in the last part of the sentence: Bringing creation “to completion.” Thus, it is an ongoing process and not a conclusion after the 6th day and the subsequent 7th holy day (Sabbath). This contradicts, or rather ignores, God’s statement in Genesis 1:31:
“And God saw every thing that he had made, and, behold, it was very good. And the evening and the morning were the sixth day.“
At the end of the sixth day of His creation, God rated the result as “very good.” What followed is (actually) well known: the fall of Eve and Adam. From this point on, a degeneration of the originally perfectly created world began. Death and suffering, and people extremely inclined to sin and committing sin, entered the world.
A process that continues and escalates to this day. Is this what the Church of Rome understands as “bringing to completion”? The re-creation of the world according to Revelation 21 is completely ruled out as a possible argument here. For the total destruction of the old takes place beforehand. Indeed, here, too, one clearly sees the spirit by which the Church of Rome is truly possessed (Revelation 13:2).
Incredible fine-tuning of creation

Relying on models because they couldn’t be reproduced in the laboratory according to real science, the researchers formulated the “fundamental interactions.” These describe electromagnetism, gravity, the weak interaction (weak nuclear force), and the strong interaction (strong nuclear force). These are the so-called four natural forces or fundamental forces of physics. One of the “holy grails” of model scientists is the unification of all forces into a single force. That is, the explanation or understanding of the whole. Therefore, other terms such as string theories, superstring theories, and quantum theories of gravity are in circulation.
String theory even offers an intersection with New Age philosophy. Just as the “New Agers” view things like love, reason, morality, and existence itself as a cosmic, universal energy, each with a different vibration (frequency), string theory also attempts to explain matter as a manifestation of vibrations with different wavelengths. Interesting.
Max Planck gave a few suggestions
To illustrate the actual fine-tuning of the laws of nature, consider the following comparison:
Using the force of the “strong interaction” as the reference value of “1” of relative strength, the strength of electromagnetism is 10-2 lower, i.e., one hundredth. The weak interaction has a relative strength of 10-15. Gravity, on the other hand, is particularly unusual, with a relative strength of 10-41. A number, or rather a tiny amount, far beyond our comprehension.
The world-famous scientist Max Planck defined the absolute limits of what is detectable or possible for a number of physical units, e.g.:
For time: 5.391247(60) e10-44 seconds
For length: 1.616255(18) e10-35 meters
For charge: 1.875545956(41) e10-18 coulombs
For mass: 2.176434(24) e10-8 kilograms
For temperature: 1.416784(16) e10-32 kelvins
This highlights the dimension of fine-tuning, even for the effect of gravity. Any deviation in the force of gravity, regardless of the magnitude, whether upward or downward, would lead to a complete change in the known world. Depending on the changed value, it would move slower or faster. The created world, whatever it might look like, would look completely different from the world we know. Science, of course, is aware of this and is therefore at a loss to explain how such fine-tuning is even possible if God does not exist. After all, the postulated Big Bang was also subject to physical laws, which must have somehow emerged from nothing.
Idea of a “multiverse”

One of the intellectual devices of scientific modelers is the hypothesis of “multiverses.” According to this theory, a multitude of purely random universes emerged, each with randomly emerging physical laws. And one of them is ours. To express probability, at least 10100 different universes would have to have emerged. But here again, “purely random,” each universe with different properties, none identical to another.
What does the “infallible” Church of Rome claim? “There can never be a contradiction between faith and science.” Indeed, the doctrine of the Roman Church and the flashes of inspiration of science are not just related, but twin brothers.
Well, everyone can believe what they want. Here, religious freedom applies in the literal sense. And not in the sense of the Roman Catholic Church, which defines religious freedom as permissible only within the framework established by the Church of Rome, as long as it does not endanger the common good defined by the Church of Rome.
Intersection of Bible and Science – The Sin
If there are points of contact between the spiritual aspect of the gospel and science, it is sin and its consequences. God created the world perfectly. So perfectly that the incredibly fine tuning of the physical laws leaves science breathless, let alone capable of explanation.
Any deviation from the fine tuning of the individual forces of nature would lead to the destruction of our world. The great difference, easily understandable, between the laws of physics and humans lies in free will. Natural laws are at the mercy of their destiny. They have no life, no consciousness, simply a constant state within creation. With humans, as with the heavenly beings, this is fundamentally different. They can make their own decisions freely.
Just as God’s absolute love is evident in creation, this attribute of God is also enshrined in His laws. The Ten Commandments reflect God’s character. They are a guideline for the absolutely harmonious coexistence of beings with free will. Also expressed in Romans 13:10:
“Love worketh no ill to his neighbour: therefore love is the fulfilling of the law.“
“Natural consequence” of sin

What choice would God have if one of the constant laws of nature suddenly deviated and decided to act differently than it was supposed to? Just let it happen and watch as the perfect creation slowly but surely falls apart, taking all the other, innocent creatures with it? Or simply intervene to stop the lawbreaker in his tracks? Sin is nothing other than the transgression of God’s law (1 John 3:4).
But God’s love also means not sweeping away the human beings He created with a single breath if they transgress the law. Rather, precisely for this case, which He foresaw anyway (the Gospel, the former “mystery of God,” Revelation 10:7), He gave His Son, so that He would take the consequences of our transgressions upon Himself and endure the “breath of sweeping away” on His behalf.
Jesus Christ came to take away sin from this world. The emphasis is on “taking away sin” and not “taking away the consequences of sin.” In other words, through His power (through the Holy Spirit), to help people overcome sin, that is, to no longer want to transgress the law! The removal of sin is also a prerequisite for the creation or restoration of the one “very good” creation. After completion, there will be no more sin, that is, no more transgression of God’s law.
Therefore, the logical consequence of sin is death, inevitable. But Romans 6:23 explains more than just the logical end of existence due to the transgression of the law, which destroys all creation:
“For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.“. This is the outlook, this is the hope of true faith.
God stops the consequences of sin
“The wages of sin” is used here, not “the punishment for sin.” This shows that the consequence of sin, death, is not an immediate execution in the form of punishment, but rather a consequence of “natural law.” Whoever sins and thus violates the (natural) lawful order created by God will be caught up in it and suffer the consequences defined by law.
In the scientific sense, this is a self-regulating law that automatically corrects any deviation. Sin kills, in the worst case others, but in every case oneself.
From this perspective, it’s much easier to understand that God is not a furious, angry ruler who destroys everything that doesn’t dance to His tune, but rather a God who is not only the Creator but also the Sustainer of creation, who, out of His love for His creation, intervenes immediately to offer transgressors an opportunity for repentance. All God will do in the end is withdraw His hand and allow “natural things” to take their course.
“Why do you want to die?“. This is the urgent question God asked through His prophets to the people of Israel in Jeremiah 27:13, Ezekiel 18:31, and Ezekiel 33:11. Jesus Christ also regretted this notorious unwillingness of the people and the logical consequence, even with tears, Matthew 23:37
“O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, thou that killest the prophets, and stonest them which are sent unto thee, how often would I have gathered thy children together, even as a hen gathereth her chickens under her wings, and ye would not!“
Why always the Gospel?

Let’s be honest and consider this soberly. How often, extensively, profoundly, and universally, are the statements of the Bible called into question by new “insights” from philosophies, ideologies, and sciences, and how does this result compare to the writings of other religions? How often does it happen that one jubilantly presents oneself as having been able to refute statements from, for example, the Quran, the Tantra, the Vedas, the Itihasas, the Puranas, the Upanishads, the Tripitakas, the Pali Canon, the Talmud, the Bhagavad Gita, the Book of Mormon, the Kojiki, and the Nihongi?
When it comes to discrediting a religion, the gospel is central. Another phenomenon that has long been commonplace can also be observed. While biblical themes are ridiculed on the one hand, biblical statements about paganism and its practices and traditions are, on the other hand, the first choice for display at events and demonstrations, especially in the film and music industries. And their deliberately presented demonic nature is becoming increasingly clear. It has now become a “norm.”
Why is this (almost) exclusively the case with the Gospel, and why is it so intense? Perhaps because it is the truth? (Info)
And an host was given him against the daily sacrifice by reason of transgression, and it cast down the truth to the ground; and it practised, and prospered.
