Either the Big Bang and evolutionary theories, or the creation account according to Genesis. Either in between or a combination is impossible. The very development of the Roman Catholic Church’s views on the scholarly worldview and its position toward science reveal ulterior motives.

Church shows itself scientifically
The Church of Rome is largely proud of its significant support for science, especially in the field of astronomy. After all, the Church itself is deeply committed to exploring the unknown in our world. The Vatican has been conducting its own research projects for some time and also maintains its own facilities for exploring the depths of the universe. These include, in particular, the Vatican Observatory “Specola Vaticana.”
Change of orientation necessary
A rethinking of the doctrine of the structure of the universe was evident even within the Church of Rome. Among the most prominent “blasphemers” against the doctrine of the Church of Rome was the Italian Galileo Galilei (1564-1642). He actually dared to contradict the Church’s worldview. While the papacy declared with “infallible authority” that the Earth was at the center of the universe and that the Sun orbited it, Galileo, in contrast, emphasized the heliocentric solar system. The Sun is at the center, and the Earth orbits it. An affront to the See of Peter.

Galileo Galilei survived his opposition to the Church only because he gave in to pressure from the Church and recanted his findings. The threat of burning at the stake turned into house arrest. Among the main accusers of the Italian scientist was Galileo’s fellow Jesuit, Robert Cardinal Bellarmine. The earth had to be at the center, period! That was the end of the 16th and beginning of the 17th centuries. Thus, a time when the Reformation was already well underway, the Jesuit order was highly active in the bitter Counter-Reformation, and the Council of Trent had concluded. A time when the Brotherhood of Loyola also gave the prophecies of Holy Scripture a new, almost fantastical aspect (Info).
Gaia no longer in the spotlight
If the secret core of the beliefs propounded by the Church of Rome concerns pagan sun worship, why should it object to placing the “star of the god, the sun,” at the center? What at first glance appears to be a contradiction only needs to be thought through to its logical conclusion. For the worldview originally propounded by the Church of Rome corresponds to the constellation of Osiris, Isis, and Horus, elsewhere also known as Uranus, Gaia, and Oceanus, and thus, on a “Roman level,” also the relationship between the “sun god Mithras” and his mother, who always remained virgin (Info).
Mithras the Anointed (“Christos”) and his birth in the grotto (“Nativity Grotto”) by the Virgin Mother. Personified for a Christian touch as the biblical Jesus and his mother Mary. The mother stands above the son. According to Hellenistic mythology, the mother is the “giving birth” Gaia, i.e., the Earth. The offspring, the “little helpless baby Jesus,” is therefore subordinate. It’s only logical that the Earth should (please) be at the center. Only, scientifically established facts caught up with the fictions of the Roman Church, and its worldview could no longer be credibly maintained.
But Pope Francis confirmed in his speech at World Youth Day 2023 in Lisbon that the Gaia hypothesis still holds in the Roman Catholic Church (Info).
Jesuit “science”
It’s hardly surprising that the Jesuit Brotherhood is the primary constituent of Vatican research facilities. A large proportion of the asteroids constantly being discovered in space are named after “deserving” Jesuits.
One almost acts insulted in these circles when the famous Big Bang theory is attributed to the US scientist Edwin Hubble. However, he “only” discovered that distant galaxies are constantly moving away from us, and the greater the distance, the faster they move away. To do this, Hubble classified the galaxies into different groups. But the US scientist didn’t answer why and how the galaxies are moving away.
This answer was provided by the Belgian Jesuit priest Georges Lemaître. He simply concluded that if the distance to the galaxies is greater tomorrow than it is today, the distance must have been smaller yesterday. If one looks far enough back in time, the distances must once have been so small that all celestial bodies would have been united into a single, common point.
To make this physical impossibility of sizes in the realm of infinity sound scientific, this “Big Bang point” was given the name “singularity.” It sounds official, and especially clever. After all, unlike physicists, mathematicians have no problems with infinity. Mathematicians simply place an “8” horizontally and are happy with it.
Fusion Evolution – Big Bang – Bible

The Big Bang theory also fits perfectly with the previously defined theory of evolution. It’s only a matter of time. It took approximately 10 billion years from the “Big Bang” until the second and third generation of stars appeared, the formation of the solar system, and another approximately 4.5 billion years for modern humans to develop from the original earthly primordial soup. That’s the scientific model. Nothing remains of the original Earth at its center and humans as the crowning glory of divine creation (virtually in one afternoon).
Pope John Paul II and, more recently, Pope Francis emphasized that the theory of evolution, and thus also the Jesuit Big Bang theory, is fundamentally compatible with the biblical account of creation. This does not represent a contradiction; rather, evolution is a process initiated by God and does not contradict the idea of a Creator. Pope Pius XII already took a detour like a fleeing hare. In 1950, in his encyclical “Humani Generis,” he defined the theory of evolution as a “serious hypothesis.” He clearly still used the term “hypothesis” with kid gloves. However, Pius found it necessary to reinterpret the biblical account of creation in evolutionary terms.
Clearly, there are distortions, contortions, and above all, ambiguities, in true Jesuit fashion. All models; nothing is proven by scientific criteria (how could it be, repeatable Big Bang and evolution experiments in the lab?), but you just have to believe in it. A new religion that’s even entirely compatible with secularism. Therefore, even professed atheists who believe in the Big Bang and evolutionary theories should consider whether they actually don’t belong to any religion (Info).
Remembering history “differently”
History cannot be changed, but it can ultimately be remembered differently. This Loyola logic was also applied to the burial of official Protestantism on October 31, 2017, in the joint letter “From Conflict to Communion” by the Church of Rome and the Lutheran churches (Info).
Thus, not surprisingly, the widespread narrative prevails today that the Church (of Rome) has always promoted science. The idea that the Vatican and science are in opposition is a persistent misconception, according to papal astronomer Guy Consolmagno (“of course” a Jesuit – Source). Apparently, Consolmagno is unfamiliar with the name Galileo, nor with his former stablemate Bellarmine. According to the Jesuit, the myth arose at the end of the 19th century that science wanted to replace religion. This prompted Pope Leo XIII to establish his own observatory to support modern science.
Fiction versus Gospel
Today, Christians are faced with the fiction, treated as fact, that space, Earth, and humanity came into being within a good 14 billion years. A process initiated and perhaps partially accompanied by God. The narrative in Genesis’s account of creation is to be understood only symbolically, since people at that time didn’t know any better. However, the fact that this hypothesis completely overturns the Gospel seems anything but coincidental.
For this also eliminates the 7th day of creation, the Sabbath, the Fall of Man with the first appearance of death, and, last but not least, the need for a path of escape to pave the way for humankind to survive. Two guiding principles of evolution describe that death is necessary for development and that life even arises from death. In short, this scientific religion even reduces Jesus Christ and His work, His sacrifice, to absurdity. Everything is completely turned on its head.
Precisely the true goal of the Church of Rome and its military spearhead, the Jesuit order. With the formulation of the theory of evolution and the Big Bang idea of the Jesuit Lemaître, the gospel was shredded. For even Jesus Christ is thus declared implausible when He says:
“And he answered and said unto them, Have ye not read, that he which made them at the beginning made them male and female,” (Matthew 19:4).
Paul, who received the gospel of Jesus Christ (Galatians 1:11-12), also testified in Colossians 1:15-17:
“Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature: For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him: And he is before all things, and by him all things consist.”
Either … or

It remains as before. Either the Christian believes unconditionally in the word delivered by God to man, or he believes the visions of those who call themselves the “Society of Jesus.” A “Creator God,” as the popes call him, cannot be the God of the Bible. Evolution and the Big Bang are opposed to the creation account. They have nothing in common. A compromise is impossible. So, either the theory of evolution or the gospel. In other words, either “cold” or “hot,” because Jesus Christ immediately spits out lukewarm water (Laodicea – Info).
And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful. And he said unto me, It is done. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of the water of life freely. He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son. But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.
