The Roman Church uses a whole series of historical lies, bending the beams, to justify itself as “the Church.” They can all be refuted and, in a certain way, embarrassing.

Church of Rome understanding as “Jesus community”
The Roman Catholic Church claims, or even believes, that it is the body of Christ on earth. The Pontifex Maximus in Rome is the representative of Christ (“a Christ”, but not the one shown in the Bible! – (Info).
This thesis is supported by the fact that Peter is said to be the rock on which everything was built. This is also long outdated and an easily refutable claim (Info). The “teaching” of the church doctor and “saint”, Alphonsus Liguori, also stands in this connection. In his book, “Dignities and Duties of the Priest”, Liguori claims that Jesus Christ did not die to forgive our sins, but to introduce the (Catholic) priesthood (Details).<&p>
A year is given in which the church assumes that Jesus Christ died in 33 AD. had died. That alone doesn’t work either way. Because everything points to the fact that the year Jesus died was 31 AD. has been. This can even be calculated using Daniel’s prophecy in Daniel, chapter 9, the so-called 70-year week (Info).
The first fantasy popes
Along with the claim that Peter was the first pope in Rome, and the church simply invented the first “popes” out of thin air. Purely by chance, some of the names can be found in the NT. That would look really “appropriate”. It couldn’t be more insidious, because if you rejected this before the year 1798, you were automatically on the rack for the beginning.
The at least fictitious “popes” are:
– Peter (approx. 33 to 67)
– Linus (ca. 67 to 79), 2 Timothy 4:21
– Anakletus (approx. 79 to 88)
Historical records exist for the first time for Clements I (ca. 88 to 97)
It will be embarrassing again
There is another embarrassment. The first bishop of Rome to be called “pope” was Siricius (384 – 399). This was also the Pope who was given the title “Pontifex Maximus” for the first time. What is piquant is who gave the bishop this title, namely the Emperor Gratian. In contrast to Constantine, he actually became a Catholic. This meant that he could no longer do anything with the title, as it was thoroughly pagan. The Bishop of Rome accepted this title with joy, because that makes him worthy of worship! After all, he is now the “Supreme Bridge Builder”, an heir from ancient Babylon.
With the (Mithraist) title, the papacy slowly began to rage, which led, above all, to the fact that Sunday (1st day of the week) was already declared holy as the “Dignified Day of the Sun”, and the fight against the biblical Sabbath (7th day of the week) also began (Campaign).
But the papacy itself is unconcerned with all the accusations; after all, it is the church of the current “prince of the earth” who is “able to fight with him” (Revelation 13:4). No human power can match it. But this only works until all the just and unjust are revealed (visible to all witnesses). Then comes “Tacheles”. Jesus Christ will put an end to all this unblessing, forever and ever. And the Mother of the Church is this (Catholic) Mary. Everything is very “non-Christian” (Info).
