There were many world empires, but none of them lasted a really long time in their entirety. None of the empires in their stable form reached the age of 300 years. The signs of the times are moving towards the historical edge of experience. The expiration date now seems to have been reached.

No empire lasted very long
Larger or notable world empires in history generally only existed for a relatively short time. After a rise in society, economic conditions and also culture, a zenith was always passed and then things went downhill again. Decay or decadence set in. These former areas of power also had one thing in common: such a decline could never be reversed and they would return to their former glory. They only went downhill until they dissolved or collapsed.
World empires and their lifespan
Empire / World Empire | Period | Duration (years) |
Assyrian Empire | 859 – 612 BC | 247 |
Persian Empire | 538 – 330 BC | 208 |
Greek Empire | 331 – 100 BC | 231 |
Imperial Rome | 27 BC – 180 AD | 207 |
Arab Empire | 634 – 880 AD | 246 |
Mamluk Empire | 1250 – 1517 AD | 267 |
Ottoman Empire | 1320 – 1570 AD | 250 |
Spain | 1500 – 1750 AD | 250 |
Imperial Russia | 1682 – 1916 AD | 234 |
Britain | 1700 – 1950 AD | 250 |
Imperial Rome between 27 BC and 180 AD lasted between the emperors Augustus, the first emperor of Rome, and Marcus Aurelius. In the period before 27 BC, Rome was a republic and Julius Caesar began to shake up the existing structures in the 40s BC. Marcus Aurelius (emperor from 161 to 180 AD) was the last of the “five good emperors” of the Pax Romana, the stable Roman Empire. He was also “Pontifex Maximus” and thus the highest priest of the local cult.
Pax Romana is the name given to the period that was characterized by almost continuous internal peace. Civil wars were absent, apart from a few sources of unrest. A time of great stability in the empire across its entire extent at that time.
The USA and Europe are reaching their limits

If you calculate the average of all the time periods of the above examples, you get 239 years.
The USA was founded in 1776 and internationally recognized in 1798. 249 years have passed since the founding year, and 227 years since recognition. This means that the duration of the existence of the modern world empire, which is undoubted due to its economic, military and financial superiority, has long been within the range of the average existence of one of the many former empires.
An interesting aspect with regard to the (propaganda) slogan “Make America great again”. As usual, none of the previous world empires has ever managed to return to its former glory after a period of decline. It just went downhill until it collapsed.
The same inevitably applies to the democratic structures in Europe. The French Revolution replaced the first monarchy. In the years and decades that followed, one country after another abolished the monarchy and replaced it with a form of democracy or republic. Here, too, the average survival time has been over 200 years.
You can see it for a long time

The collapse of the economy, morality, education, and society as a whole cannot be overlooked in these areas. One is inclined to claim that the “time has come” for a drastic change in things. And that is what will happen, as described above all in the book of Revelation, chapter 17. The “10 (quasi) kings” will work together with the newly emerging (central) power and ultimately hand over their own power to it. (Info). What has been observed for some time now fits seamlessly with the given prophecies.
The USA, the “second beast” in Revelation 13, is merely a tool pulled by strings by the “first beast” in the same chapter of Revelation. Specifically, the USA will implement all plans and directives of the papacy first at the state and legislative level in its own country and then enforce them worldwide (Info). The states have long had the necessary power on their side.
Final “monopoly empire” only for a short time

The wrangling and, above all, the increasingly unstable situation in Europe, particularly in the economic area of the European Union (EU), is also contributing to the fact that the people living there feel a growing desire that the insanity, which is sometimes no longer comprehensible, will come to an end. A “savior” is eagerly awaited and this “savior” will be ready and willing to lend a hand. The “10 kings” will give up their power at the request of their own people. The structures of the EU and the global UN seem to be a tailor-made suit for this.
Neither America nor the EU will ever be “great again”. Collapse is inevitable, just as it was with the Roman Empire until Augustus Romulus finally gave up and laid down his sceptre in 476 AD in the face of the hopeless collapse of the Western Roman Empire. The way was opened for a change of system, or rather the expansion of the imperial form of rule with a church. The papacy and the Roman Catholic Church were able to develop since then. The “Dark Ages” began. A type of events that were soon to happen. The only difference is that the future global effects of Rome regaining absolute power will only last for a short time.
And through his policy also he shall cause craft to prosper in his hand; and he shall magnify himself in his heart, and by peace shall destroy many: he shall also stand up against the Prince of princes; but he shall be broken without hand.
