The calls for justice have already led to very strange results. However, the demands for justice are often only tools for changing society in a certain direction. Things that are thousands of years old are suddenly unfair. This doesn’t even stop at Holy Scripture, the Word of God.

The conventional Bible appears to be “unjust”

Gender in the German language is a construct of a small minority, but within media sovereignty. The narrative of a world unfairly distributed between men and women, if this simple and natural distinction is still understood in those circles, also found its way into the vocabulary of the German language. What is relatively unknown to (modern) English speakers has become a constructed topic of debate in Germany. Not only did nouns have to be formulated in a “gender-neutral” way, the demands of the “righteous” went far beyond that. It is unacceptable for women to be severely underrepresented even in writings that are thousands of years old. This applies above all to the content of the Bible.
A “Language-Just Bible”
As if there were an “unjust language,” resourceful authors set out to translate the Bible into a “just language.” For this purpose, between 2001 and 2006, a total of 40 female and 12 male so-called biblical scholars from Germany, Austria and Switzerland took the time to translate the biblical writings into “contemporary German”. They were even ahead of their time back then. The wave of “gendering” only swept the country at a later date. In addition to the canonical texts, the “biblical scholars” also used the apocrypha as a basis.
Scientific processing

The result of this translation, which the “biblical scholars” now describe as “just”, shows not only a change in the wording, but also a consistent falsification of the theological statements and connections. The Council of Evangelical Churches in Germany (EKD) rejects the use of this “Bible in just language” (BigS) in church services. But this actually only seems to apply to church services, as the member churches of the EKD are definitely confused in the area of “linguistic justice” on social media.
One of these texts distributed by EKD institutions contains the following passage:
“In your goodness, God, do not let us humans sink! In your grace, Eternal (in German in the feminine form), do not wash us away from the face of your earth!”
Another example is:
“G*d bless you, person with anti-queer tendencies! So that one day you can find and feel true love!“
Scorned yet supported
The supporters of the “Bible in Just Language” project included the Protestant “theologian” and former church president of the Evangelical Church in Hesse and Nassau, Peter Steinacker, and Bärbel Wartenberg-Potter, the former bishop of the North Elbian Evangelical Lutheran Church (NEK). The majority of the translation group’s advisory board was made up of theology professors and academic staff from universities.
Blossoms of the “Bible in Just Language”
The following are just a few examples of the strange interpretation of the Bible in “righteous language”.
Bible-Verse | King James Version | BigS | Remark |
---|---|---|---|
Genesis 1:1 | In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. | Through a beginning God created heaven and earth. | BigS has listed several options at this point (in the beginning, at the beginning, etc.) |
Genesis 1:28 | And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth. | Then God blessed them, saying to them, “Be fruitful, multiply, fill the earth, and possess it. Defeat the fish of the sea, the birds of the sky, and every living thing that creeps on the earth.” | God elevated humans above plants and animals, but did not ask them to "defeat" them. |
Genesis 2:7 | And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul. | Then Adonai, that is, God, formed Adam, the human being, out of the earth from the field and breathed the breath of life into his nostrils. Then man became a breathing life. | The name "Adonai" is a substitute for "Yahweh" and was used by early "scholars". Further information after the table.* |
Genesis 3:1 | Now the serpent was more subtil than any beast of the field which the LORD God had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden? | The serpent had less on, but more on, than all the other animals of the field that Adonaj, that is, God, had made. And she said to the woman: "God actually said, 'You must not eat any of the trees in the garden'!" | In BigS, the snake's tactics were obscured. Doubts about something that wasn't even said. |
Genesis 3:15 | And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel. | I create enmity between you and the woman, between your offspring and her offspring. He will attack your head, you will attack his heel.” | BigS has taken out the completed actions here. |
Exodus 31:18 | And he gave unto Moses, when he had made an end of communing with him upon mount Sinai, two tables of testimony, tables of stone, written with the finger of God. | When she had finished speaking to Moses on Mount Sinai, she gave him two tablets of the covenant rules; they were made of stone and inscribed with divine writing. | God is represented here as female. The inscription is no longer explicitly from God, but "divine". |
Isaiah 53:5 | But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed. | But she was pierced for our crimes, broken because of our failure. Punishment was upon her - peace be upon us, by her stripes we are healed. | The announced Messiah is portrayed as female. |
Luke 1:15 | For he shall be great in the sight of the Lord, and shall drink neither wine nor strong drink; and he shall be filled with the Holy Ghost, even from his mother's womb. | He will be great before the living, he will not drink wine or beer and he will be full of holy spiritual power, even from his mother's womb. | He will be great before the living, he will not drink wine or beer and he will be full of holy spiritual power, even from his mother's womb. |
Luke 2:35 | (Yea, a sword shall pierce through thy own soul also,) that the thoughts of many hearts may be revealed. | The angel answered her: “The Holy Spirit Power will descend upon you, and the power of the Most High will cover you in its shadow. Therefore the Holy One who is born will be called the Child of God. | The Holy Spirit is presented merely as a form of energy. The “Child of God” is “gender neutral” |
John 1:27 | He it is, who coming after me is preferred before me, whose shoe's latchet I am not worthy to unloose. | who comes after me. I am not worthy to untie his shoelace.” | “was before me” has been omitted. The New Testament is based on Nestle-Aland |
Romans 1:25 | Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen. | They exchanged the divine truth for a mirage, worshiping and serving the creature instead of the creative power - blessed be it through time and world, amen. | God merely becomes an indeterminate divinity and creative power. Also depicted as female. |
Revelation 22:6 | And he said unto me, These sayings are faithful and true: and the Lord God of the holy prophets sent his angel to shew unto his servants the things which must shortly be done. | He told me: “These words are reliable and true. God, the authority over the ghosts of the prophets and prophetesses, sent this messenger to show those who belong to him what must shortly happen. | The "ghosts of the Prophets" testifies to spiritualism. |
* In the “BigS” the “biblical scholars” used the term “Adonai” instead of “Yahweh” or “Lord”. A designation that can be quite questionable when considering historical development (Info).
Occult-gnostic background

The “biblical scholars” drew this line throughout the entire translation. Clearly, the statements of God’s Word were not only taken out of context, but also distorted. In addition, it was not the majority text (textus receptus) that was used for the New Testament, but rather the Nestle-Aland basis. This makes it a basic text permeated by Gnosticism (Info).
The occult-gnostic background of this “Bible” cannot be denied. “Gender justice” here only seems to be a vehicle for intentionally misleading people.
Revelation 22:18-19:
For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book: And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.
