Sharp criticism of Pope Francis has been heard repeatedly. Archbishop Viganò, already known as a “call-up critic,” describes the pontiff as a servant of the WEF elites. The announced “Antichrist” has also been announced. However, the roles are also reversed in this play.

Pope’s letter to WEF causes a stir
Once again there is serious unrest surrounding the person of Pope Francis and one of his outwardly obvious opponents. This new round of fighting will take place as part of the recently concluded annual meeting of the World Economic Forum in Davos for 2024. As usual, Pope Francis was concerned about the outcome of this meeting of political and business representatives. He again wrote a benevolent letter to the founder and organizer of the WEF, Klaus Schwab. The Vatican published this letter on January 17, 2024 (Source).
Justice demanded everywhere
As usual, the pontiff’s central concern was “justice in this world”. Be it wealth, poverty, climate, hunger, food waste, exploitation by a few beneficiaries, education, basic medical care and a roof over your head, there is a moral responsibility everywhere. Now it is time to promote an ethically “sound model” for the process of globalization, said the pontiff in his letter to the WEF founder. This must happen for the good of “our human family” and this leads to “naturally a subordination of the pursuit of power and individual gain” while at the same time giving priority to the “poor, needy and people in the weakest situations”. In this letter, the Pope expressed his hope that the participants in the forum would be aware of their moral responsibility. The pontiff concluded this letter by willingly calling down “an abundance of divine blessings to all participants.”
Archbishop saw “red” again
For the former Vatican ambassador to the USA, Archbishop Carlo Maria Viganò, this letter from the Pope to the WEF was apparently like a red rag. For the book (Info) written around 25 years ago and now suddenly rediscovered by the current “chief inquisitor” Cardinal Víctor Manuel Fernández, Viganò even called for the arrest of the author and the Pope (Source).
Now Archbishop Viganò raged because of the Pope’s alleged complicity with the “transatlantic-globalist networks” that also met in Davos this year (Source).
The archbishop is particularly offended by the fact that this letter from the Pope to the WEF makes no mention of Christ, God or even religion. Only “the fullness of divine blessing” was desired by the Pope. Already in 2015, Francis blessed the UN’s “Agenda 2030” in New York and now he gave his blessing to the “Agenda of the World Economic Forum”.
Pope a “servant of the elites”
In his statement, Viganò criticized the WEF’s motives. Accordingly, they openly declared “that they want to reduce the world population through wars, famines and organized epidemics“. These made use of the complicity of governments, international institutions and, in particular, high finance and the media. The archbishop recalls the statements of Pope Leo XIII, which have now come true. The “The Lady in La Salette” predicted that Rome would lose faith and become the seat of the Antichrist. The Pope’s letter is proof “that the Argentine Jesuit is a servant of the globalist elite,” said Viganò.
Various oddities
Archbishop Viganò has made numerous such public appearances in the past. He is considered a schismatic. The list of his extremely critical tones of the Pope is very long.
It is at this point that this whole story takes on a strange smell. There were already sounds critical of the Pope from other corners of this church. Many remained unanswered, while others had consequences. Cardinal Raymond Burke, also a superior of the Order of Malta, can sing a song about it. Because of his critical attitude towards the papal worldview, he was cut off at every possible juncture to the church (Info). Pope Francis can act freely according to “hire and fire” and he has demonstrated this several times.
Automatic ejection out of order?
In early January 2024, a Catholic priest in Tuscany, Italy, caused a stir when he preached to his assembled congregation about the “Usurper Pope.” (Info).
The priest was sawed off faster than he could say amen. And this is where things get interesting. Because according to Catholic church law, the priest has essentially dismantled himself. Such a statement, which casts doubt on the primacy of the Pope, results in automatic excommunication (Canon 751). But after years of open church separation (schism), Archbishop Carlo Maria Viganò still walks around in his purple robes.
How is that possible? His recent accusation that Pope Francis is a “servant of the elites” and the confirmation of the predicted “Antichrist” is not a direct attack on the Pope as the primacy of this church, but the “auto-eject function” built into this institution seems to be Archbishop to clamp. A clear undermining of the Pope’s authority, but the “emergency stop shotgun” failed.
According to the church law Canon 212, every sheep can make his displeasure known to the church. Members of the Curia also have the right to submit their questions for the desired answer using a “Dubia”. The now deactivated Cardinal Burke once did the same. But Archbishop Viganò seems to have been given a kind of fool’s license. In his mention of the papacy as the “Antichrist”, the archbishop is not even fundamentally wrong. However, it was assumed to be many centuries too late (Info). At this point, the successor to Francis could play an important role.
Another common maneuver?
The whole fuss could be a maneuver and therefore a common distraction. Because the way Viganò presents the connections, the shoe doesn’t fit at all. But if you simply turn the shoe around, it fits like a glove. It is not the Pope who is the “servant of the elites,” but rather the “elites who are servants of the Pope.” One of the fortunes of the Church of Rome has always been to implement its agenda as a trailing, innocent-looking sheep.
You don’t need to go too far into it. Pope Leo XIII, mentioned by the archbishop, published the famous first social encyclical “Rerum Novarum” in May 1891. This is essentially the original text of the social ethics led by this church today. The social encyclical “Fratelli Tutti” published by Pope Francis in October 2020 is, in principle, a warm-up of “Rerum Novarum” for the current times. A look at the compendium of (Catholic) social teaching and the letter “Gaudium et Spes” after the Second Vatican Council also show Leo’s spirit.
Who visits whom on a regular basis? Is Pope Francis no longer able to calm down because of his constant appeal to the “elites”, or is the “elite” in the Vatican giving each other the door handle? Does Francis merely play a supporting role in the committees, or is he always the center of attention on every important occasion, as is very impressively the case at the “elite gathering” in the “Council for Inclusive Capitalism” he founded? Pope sits on the throne – high above
The WEF has already identified the Pope as a global guide for morality. In 2016, this organization published a position paper on the discovered potential of “faith-based narratives” and placed the Pope at the center (Info). “Caution is the mother of the china box” and this is especially true when the Church of Rome plays a role.
This is especially true when his association’s in-house press, “America – The Jesuit Review”, summarized in the spring of 2023: “The Francis Revolution – Over the past 10 years, the pope has recovered the church’s true power” (Info). The Pope himself expressed these long-established positions in his letter to the WEF. He did not send a benevolent blessing from God, but rather “divine blessing from above” on his own behalf.
And the ten horns which thou sawest are ten kings, which have received no kingdom as yet; but receive power as kings one hour with the beast. These have one mind, and shall give their power and strength unto the beast.
