One can quickly say, invented, struck by blindness. The Bible reports in various places about the (spiritual) blindness of people. Those who simply close their eyes and others who believe that in their own blindness they have to lead other blind people.

Blind is actually blind
One can also take the expression “blindness” literally in a spiritual sense. Unable to see. Matthew 15:14 describes such blindness:
“Let them alone: they be blind leaders of the blind. And if the blind lead the blind, both shall fall into the ditch.”
The true follower of Jesus Christ, who is called to spread the Gospel throughout the world, regularly asks himself why clear, crystal-clear, unambiguous and, above all, truthful statements in the Bible are simply not understood, or do not want to be understood. This lack of understanding is like someone standing in the middle of the densest forest on the continent and persistently and convincingly claiming that there are no trees there. Astonishing.

The term “blindness” is often underestimated. “Blind” does not mean “poor-sighted, short-sighted, narrow-sighted,” but rather blind in the literal sense. Who would think of explaining to a blind person wearing blind glasses that the blind person simply needs to look more closely? The blind man simply cannot see. He is not capable of this.
Jesus Christ healed the blind and in this sense all that remains for the spiritually blind is to pray for his healing through the Holy Spirit. Jesus Christ Himself described that there are two categories of blind people: those who are blind through ignorance and those who, despite their blindness, still claim to have insight. John 9:40-41:
“And some of the Pharisees which were with him heard these words, and said unto him, Are we blind also? Jesus said unto them, If ye were blind, ye should have no sin: but now ye say, We see; therefore your sin remaineth.“

The receipt will definitely come
They stand in the forest and don’t see the trees. God is just (Info). The Holy Spirit has knocked on their conscience countless times. At some point it will happen. The oil is running out and the deception is accepted and possibly still seen as the truth. 2 Thessalonians 2:10-12:
“And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.”
Where there is no will, there is no way

Perhaps the biggest problem of these “stubborn” people is described in Jeremiah 6:16:
“Thus saith the LORD, Stand ye in the ways, and see, and ask for the old paths, where is the good way, and walk therein, and ye shall find rest for your souls. But they said, We will not walk therein.“
The New Testament shows that this attitude did not change. Jesus Christ lamented this when He entered Jerusalem, Matthew 23:37:
“O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, thou that killest the prophets, and stonest them which are sent unto thee, how often would I have gathered thy children together, even as a hen gathereth her chickens under her wings, and ye would not!“
There is also an explanation for all who believe unadulteratedly what is written:
1 Corinthians 10:13:
There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.
