Speculation – Introduction & implementation of Mark of the Beast

Deutsch

The term “mark of the beast” is widely known. The true nature of the mark, however, is less clearly understood. It is speculative, and this is permissible, how the famous mark could be applied to men and women in practice. Technically, it would already be feasible today.

A little speculation

A little speculation, I’m allowed. The “infamous” mark of the beast, according to Revelation 13:16-17 and the dire warning against it in Revelation 14:9-11, must ultimately be implemented somehow. Rumor mills predominantly speak of a visible mark on the forehead or hand, such as a chip implant or even a barcode. This mark will, moreover, be enforced. None of this is actually accurate. It is neither an outward characteristic, nor will it (initially) be enforced.

If the relevant Bible passages are read carefully, it would actually be obvious that people will apply this mark to themselves, figuratively speaking. Revelation 13:16:
And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:

The beast from the earth will “cause” (almost) all people, regardless of their social class, to accept the mark. The German Bible version “Schlachter 2000” states something similar at this point:
And he causes all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on their right hand or on their foreheads,

There’s no mention of direct coercion here. Rather, it will have a familiar character. At first, accepting the mark will be presented as a great advantage. This is supported by the prospect of disadvantages for all who do not accept it. This is obvious, as described in the Bible, because refusing the mark leads to economic exclusion. One will no longer be able to “buy and sell” if the mark is not accepted on either the forehead or the hand (Revelation 13:17)..

Scheme already “tested”

Plans have already been drawn up

The initial promise of privileges increasingly turns into coercion. If the disadvantages suffered by refusing the mark haven’t yet “convinced” everyone, the process continues, culminating in the media-supported definition of an emanating danger from those who will refuse the mark. To ensure that “neighbors” know whether a “threat” is in their immediate vicinity, apps are available that spit out the corresponding warning. A scheme for which a dress rehearsal seems to have been held between 2020 and 2023.

The prophet Daniel received a vision of a future that was still distant in his time. This future has now become the present. The “time of the end” has long since dawned, and humanity is on the brink of the “end of time.” Accordingly, people deal with the subject of the “mark of the beast” with either a reasonable or completely unreasonable attitude. Since it is not a chip or a barcode, but a purely spiritual aspect, there is a corresponding lack of understanding of this truth. Daniel 12:10:
Many shall be purified, and made white, and tried; but the wicked shall do wickedly: and none of the wicked shall understand; but the wise shall understand.

The forehead represents faith, the hand represents deed or action. Accordingly, the mark of the beast also concerns this aspect (Info). This mark is the counterpart, established by the great adversary, to the mark of God on His faithful followers. It is the recognition of authority. Whose rule one follows, whose authority is recognized. The question is simply: do I follow the rules and laws of a human power, or do I follow the will of God?

Of course, to do this, one must know God’s will in order to even recognize whose will one is actually fulfilling. Where is this stated? Nowhere else but in the Word of God. This is precisely why God left His words of the Gospel to mankind.

What authority is recognized?

The great earthly adversary that will bring about the mark of the beast, since this institution itself will ultimately be portrayed as the beast (from the sea), is the papacy and its self-established rules within the framework of tradition. A Christian appearance, but completely contrary to the will and laws of God. (Info). As in the Middle Ages, it will be a state power that will put the adversary’s will into practice. The beast from the earth, or rather the false prophet (Info).

How might the acceptance of the mark of the beast be put into practice? Here, one may be a little speculative. Such a hint might be contained in Revelation 13:15:
And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed.

These words were written by John on Patmos almost 2,000 years ago. The “image of the beast” is the image created by the beast from the earth of the beast from the sea. State power (the United States) will put the will of the papacy into practice and enforce it globally through its military, economic, and monetary power. Either through coercion, which has been common practice throughout history, or as a “shining example” for other countries to anticipate their obedience.

No obstacles to the mark of the beast

Acceptance of the mark is probably very simple

One can also assume that the hurdle for accepting the mark of the beast is kept very low. People are expected to make no effort or overcome any obstacles to place the mark on their foreheads or hands. From today’s technological perspective, the “spirit of the image,” who even spoke, could certainly be understood as a technical implementation via AI and corresponding devices (tablets, smartphones, etc.). A possibly daily reminder via “wake-up call,” confirming a kind of declaration of faith. All that would be needed here is the pressing of the “OK” button. Hand on heart, how often do you simply check the terms and conditions when installing a PC program, an expression of acceptance, without actually having read them?

If a dispute were to arise, the operator would definitely have the better cards in his hand, because his terms and conditions were ultimately accepted “consciously, willingly, and impliedly.” The required active action, i.e., consent, has been taken. But if the user actually didn’t read the terms and conditions and yet accepted them, well, that’s their own fault.

Ancient Babylon as an example

There is a “great precedent” for this entirely possible process, merely in a postmodern version. The statue of the Babylonian king Nebuchadnezzar, according to Daniel 3. The king had a large statue made and erected. The people were called upon to worship this statue whenever music of any kind was played. Daniel 3:4-5:
Then an herald cried aloud, To you it is commanded, O people, nations, and languages, That at what time ye hear the sound of the cornet, flute, harp, sackbut, psaltery, dulcimer, and all kinds of musick, ye fall down and worship the golden image that Nebuchadnezzar the king hath set up:

Anyone who refused to worship the king’s statue (idolatry) had to face the corresponding consequences, Daniel 3:6:
And whoso falleth not down and worshippeth shall the same hour be cast into the midst of a burning fiery furnace.

There is a striking similarity between the events in the once truly existing ancient Babylon and the spiritual Babylon of the end of time. Those who do not worship the image of the beast will not only be excluded from selling and buying, but will ultimately be killed (Revelation 13:15).

Technical implementation already possible today

Such a procedure is therefore quite conceivable. At the given time of day, the device starts playing music. All kinds of music, possibly even of one’s own choice and taste. Like a wake-up call. The call must be heeded, a kind of declaration of faith must be confirmed, and thus continued participation in the economy secured. If, on the other hand, confirmation is not forthcoming, “questions,” warnings, and even threats are sure to follow. A warning app also notifies the surrounding residents, who are, after all, supposed to be warned of this “danger.” In addition to economic exclusion, enormous social pressure is also being exerted. All of these are already familiar measures of recent times.

At this point, the distinction was also made between receiving the mark on the forehead and receiving the mark on the hand. One person believes in the creed being confirmed and confirms the request with “heart and mind.” This person receives the mark on his forehead. The other, however, considers this procedure and the confession to be complete nonsense anyway, but confirms it nonetheless, since he neither wants to be economically excluded nor be looked upon with the evil eye by his neighbors. This person doesn’t believe it, but acts accordingly and, with his recognition, pays homage to the authority of the adversary. This corresponds to accepting the mark of the beast on his hand.

Sabbath or Sunday – Certainly a central theme

Sabbath rest
God’s day or the adversary’s day?

The practical implementation of a technical solution is certainly speculative, but it doesn’t seem too far-fetched. What will certainly be connected to the mark of the beast, however, is the observance or separate worship on an incorrect day of the week. The stark distinction between the traditional, but completely incorrect, first day of the week (“Sunday”) and the divinely established, blessed, and sanctified seventh day of the week (“Saturday” – Genesis 2:2-3). A hot topic that is also increasingly being heated up by secular circles. Only, it is not a day of “worship,” but a day for saving the climate and protecting the environment. As usual, Sunday.

Sunday, a day established by the Church of Rome, but which contradicts the will of God in its entirety. This specifically concerns the question of recognized authority. (Info). Whoever acknowledges the living God and Creator will (naturally) want to keep His holy day, that is, the 7th day of the week (Sabbath). Anyone who observes the first day of the week as a separate day of rest thereby recognizes the Church of Rome as its authority. It’s as simple as it sounds, but the (misled) majority usually refuses to accept the obvious. They prefer to follow a popular lie.

And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.
