A Catholic priest has caused a stir in Tuscany, Italy. His humble voice in an inconspicuous region was heard worldwide. He called Pope Francis a “usurper.” And all of this in front of the assembled community. Everything within the church was “cleaned up” within one day.

A “hit” in Tuscany
The scandal in the Roman Church, which is made larger than is actually the case, especially in the Italian press. At the end of the year service in Livorno, in Tuscany, Italy, priest Ramon Guidetti preached in the Guasticce church on a somewhat “unorthodox topic.” On December 31, the anniversary of Benedict XVI’s death, Guidetti verbally attacked Pope Francis and called him an illegitimate pope, Corriere Della Sera reported (Source). The legitimate pope is still Benedict.

Pope Francis is not the pope, but a “usurper”. The priest explained to those attending the service that on December 17, lightning struck a statue in a shrine near Buenos Aires. This statue represents Peter. The keys and the halo burned down. This happened because Peter was no longer a saint. In due course Francis the Archbishop was at this place. According to the priest, this Jesuit belongs to the Freemasons and is connected to the world powers. Francis is an “anti-pope usurper.” Pope Benedict still holds the keys in his hands.
Canon law activated
With this statement, the Roman law of this church began to grind autonomously. The bishop of the diocese, Simone Giusti, informed the priest of the result the very next day. Immediate excommunication. The law of the Roman Church provides for automatic exclusion from the ecclesiastical community. Don Ramon Guidetti committed a public act of a schismatic nature. Here I immediately grab the Canon 751.
A look at the canon law of this church shows the following wording for Canon 751:
“Heresy is the obstinate denial or obstinate doubt after the reception of baptism of some truth which is to be believed by divine and Catholic faith; apostasy is the total repudiation of the Christian faith; schism is the refusal of submission to the Supreme Pontiff or of communion with the members of the Church subject to him.“.
In this case, the priest did not recognize the authority of the Pope, did not submit to him completely, and therefore forfeited communion with this church. In such a case, excommunication occurs automatically after the crime has been completed. An examination is therefore no longer necessary.
On New Year’s Day, Ramon Guidetti was suspended, removed from office and removed from the parish.
Bishop Guisti also warned other priests and believers. Any participation or participation in a celebration or other cult practice initiated by the dismissed priest will be met with excommunication.
Serenity of the priest

The priest, who has now been removed from the church, appeared calm in an interview with Radio Domina. He was just a little surprised at the speed with which his “nth head” was cut off with the guillotine. He wanted to have the written excommunication decree framed and hung on the wall. You can brag about that. Nevertheless, the now ex-priest feels some bitterness. This is caused by the blindness and harshness of those who pretend to be a mother and in reality act like a tyrant.
Meanwhile, the Italian newspaper collected votes from the excommunicated priest’s former congregation. There just seems to be shock and horror. Guidetti now wants to join the existing group of other excommunicated priests.
Getting kicked out doesn’t have to be a disadvantage
Expulsion from the Roman Catholic Church does not have to be a disadvantage – to say the least. Those who have set themselves the goal of proclaiming the genuine Gospel to people find it much easier outside the Church of Rome (Info). Sooner is better than later or even too late, because:
And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.
