With the first Advent, Pope Francis spoke about the hope for peace at the Sunday Angelus in St. Peter’s Square. Man needs a soft heart, and Jesus ensures an agreement against “false beliefs”.
Pontiff on softening of the heart
With the beginning of the pagan ritual of Advent introduced by the Roman Catholic Church and maintained as a tradition, Pope Francis spoke about the hope of peace last Sunday above St. Peter’s Square in Rome. He urged people to “stand tall and lift their heads” in a time of unrest. (Source). He based his call on the Bible passage Luke 21:28:
“And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh.“

Jesus Christ spoke this sentence at the end of his so-called end-time speech on the Mount of Olives. For the occurrence of increased disasters, unrest and wars is a sign of His imminent return. Reason to sit up and hold your head high with confidence.
The Pontiff subtly rephrased this verse by describing it as an invitation from Jesus in which man should not only hold his head high, but also keep his heart light and soft. The world is currently struggling with “cosmic upheavals and fear and anxiety of humanity,” said Francis. Because of the “persecutions, conflicts, natural disasters,” people were gripped by fear and thought that the end of the world was near. “Their hearts are oppressed with fear,” said the pontiff.
The head of the Roman Church believes he knows that Jesus wants to free people from their current fears and “false beliefs” as these can remain alive in their hearts. And also to be able to read out the events planned by God.
As Christmas approaches, many people wonder how they can achieve a light and alert heart and also a free heart. A heart that does not allow itself to be overwhelmed by sadness, the Pope speculated.
Pope has reasons to be “concerned”
The Pope was not specific in his statement about “false beliefs.” But if you read Matthew 24, Luke 21 and Mark 13, the statements are actually clear. Jesus Christ prophesied that this is what the world would look like, full of unrest, uncertainty, disruption, calamity and war. So you can confidently assume that this will all happen, or you only need to look around to locate this situation in the present.

If anyone should be worried, it is the Pope himself and his entire followers clinging to the tails of his coat. Daniel already knew in advance that the “Northern King” would not enjoy his triumph for long after his victory over the “Southern King”, because Daniel 11:44:
“But tidings out of the east and out of the north shall trouble him: therefore he shall go forth with great fury to destroy, and utterly to make away many.“

Rumors from the East. What could scare the “Northern King” so much? It is Jesus Christ who will return from the East and travel like lightning across the sky to the West. What is in the north? There in the highest north is God’s seat and therefore also the court. When Jesus returns, no stone will be left unturned. The Papacy, part of Babylon (Drache, Biest, falscher Prophet – Info), will be torn apart. But before that, this institution will rage like a roaring lion around the Roman church, like it actually worshiped “God” (Revelation 13:2).
There are no reasons for concern for the true believer because:
Thou shalt tread upon the lion and adder: the young lion and the dragon shalt thou trample under feet. Because he hath set his love upon me, therefore will I deliver him: I will set him on high, because he hath known my name. He shall call upon me, and I will answer him: I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him, and honour him.
