Pope Francis: “Environmental protection is an act of love” – Really?

Pope Francis once again called for concern for the environment and the preservation of creation. Environmental protection is an act of love. Such vocabulary was only heard in a different context about two years ago. A “theology” that repeatedly represents the opposite of the gospel.

Just the appearance of the gospel

Pope Francis once again urged people to pay special attention to nature and the environment. On Thursday he called for a “conversion of heart” and thus formulated the “10th Green Commandment” of his encyclical “Laudato Si'” published in 2015. (Info). Every believer is called upon to make a personal commitment to environmental protection (Source).

For his message addressed to humanity, the pontiff brought out theological heavy artillery. There is a need to extend the spirit of “universal fraternity and Christian peace” to creation. Caring for the environment is an “act of love.”

Still warm memories boiled up

Pope Francis had visibly made an effort to embed this core message with an extremely strange, sweet-looking coat of bubble foam, but this call still brings back memories that are far from cool. Environmental protection is an act of love. Humanity, which was under great pressure, also heard such very similar sounds in connection with an experimental injection. “Vaccination is charity,” is the tenor, including from Essen Bishop Overbeck (Source) and also from the former council chairwoman of the Evangelical Church in Germany (EKD), Annette Kurschus (Source).

Statements like this repeatedly show, still warm from the oven, that these institutions can be trusted just as much as the queue in front of the “flashed” rabbit. Actually, the formula “environmental protection is an act of love” reveals its actual truth. A whole series of examples from the Roman Catholic Church give legitimate reason to seriously doubt this connection recently defined by the Pope.

Generally the opposite is true

As usual, it is much more likely that a doctrine established by the Church of Rome is the exact opposite of the truth. Because the dogmas spread by the Roman Catholic Church not only have very little to do with the Gospel, but in many areas are completely contrary to the Word of God. Copying God’s statutes and regulations, twisting them completely into the opposite and still sticking the label “Christianity” on them.

The former Protestant churches are included in this and the following places. Their faithfulness to the gospel was the case in a benevolent sense around 150 to 200 years after the start of the Reformation and not across the entire spectrum. The Protestant churches have simply taken over many Catholic traditions that are alien to or opposed to the Gospel and have continued to maintain them.

Today the biggest difference between the Roman Catholic and Protestant churches actually lies in the note in the tax assessment from the tax agency, to which of the two churches the tax withheld from wages is paid. The former Protestantism is officially over (Info).

Blatant distortions of the gospel

The following examples are among the most obvious deviations from the gospel, even to the point of the exact opposite:

Continuous reversal of all orders

In view of the 10 Commandments distributed in a modified form by the Catholic (and Protestant) Church (Info) and the support of corrupt Bible translations (Info), it is therefore not surprising that Catholic social teaching is also completely opposed to God’s statutes.

This desired worldview is one of the ancient Greek philosophies adopted by this institution. This resulted in a “world full of social justice” in which every person owns the same amount. Or own nothing and still be “happy”. Except for the “state and church leaders,” of course. Pope Francis’ encyclical “Fratelli Tutti” (October 2020) has not been called a copy of the “Communist Manifesto” for nothing. This order is the opposite of what God intended and here poverty and wealth are quite intentional as a contrast.

The Roman Catholic Church takes every order and statute of God, turns them around and praises them as the “work of salvation” for humanity. This complete reversal into the opposite does not come from anywhere. Finally, in Revelation 13, the dragon (Satan) is described as giving power and throne to the “beast from the sea” (papacy). (Info). The opposite of what the Gospel describes conveyed by this Church is therefore in the nature of the papacy.

Preservation of creation valid?

It would be an exceptional case if the theology spread by the Pope that “environmental protection is an act of love” in conjunction with the “change of heart” that is ultimately called for as a forced renunciation actually corresponds to the Gospel. One might assume that the opposite is true.

Mission to rule over creation

What does the preservation of creation actually mean? God created human beings and called them to consider this nature as subject and to rule over it, Genesis 1:28:
“And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.“

At this point one can simply speculate that this mandate also includes the care and preservation of nature. The preservation of one’s own habitat and that of other creatures is taken for granted here.

Sin changed everything

But then something radically changing happened. The Fall. The consequence of disobeying God not only had consequences for Adam and Eve, in that they were thrown out of Eden and were no longer immortal due to lack of access to the “Tree of Life”, but also for all other creatures. The consequences of sin also affected animals and plants. Genesis 3:14:
“And the LORD God said unto the serpent, Because thou hast done this, thou art cursed above all cattle, and above every beast of the field; upon thy belly shalt thou go, and dust shalt thou eat all the days of thy life:“

The serpent through which Satan completed the first deception was cursed “more” than the other animals. So God cursed all the cattle and all the animals of the field, but the serpent much more severely.

Genesis 3:17-19:
“cursed is the ground for thy sake; in sorrow shalt thou eat of it all the days of thy life; Thorns also and thistles shall it bring forth to thee; and thou shalt eat the herb of the field; In the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread, till thou return unto the ground; for out of it wast thou taken: for dust thou art, and unto dust shalt thou return.“

In addition to the animals, the sin curse also affected the ground, i.e. the basis of every plant. God cursed animals and plants and gave future humans a difficult life. The original creation was clearly shelved.

Sustainable changes

The curse on creation lasts as long as sin is present. It is no longer imperishable, but mortal. Everything passes. Romans 8:19-22:
“For the earnest expectation of the creature waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God. For the creature was made subject to vanity, not willingly, but by reason of him who hath subjected the same in hope, Because the creature itself also shall be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God. For we know that the whole creation groaneth and travaileth in pain together until now.“

Fall apart like a dress

Plants grow back, people and animals are born, but the degeneration of creation over the centuries cannot be denied. What the churches proclaim as “preservation of creation” and already as an official alternative religion (Info) is literally dead. The prophet Isaiah had already given a glimpse of the condition of the earth at the time of the end, Isaiah 51:6:
“Lift up your eyes to the heavens, and look upon the earth beneath: for the heavens shall vanish away like smoke, and the earth shall wax old like a garment, and they that dwell therein shall die in like manner: but my salvation shall be for ever, and my righteousness shall not be abolished.“

A new creation

The longed-for “kingdom of peace on earth” for 1000 years is cancelled. This is not described in the Gospel at all and will therefore not become reality (Info). This means that this ominous but widely believed “secret rapture” is also canceled. All fantasies on the part of the Roman Catholic Church (Info).

The earth will be destroyed, and with it everything that remains on it. Just as Isaiah described it, many more places in the Bible point to the complete destruction of the (old) creation (Info). God doesn’t do things by halves or do patchwork. After 1000 years of devastated earth and the final “reckoning,” God will carry out a new creation, Revelation 21:1:
“And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.“

Intentionally misleading people

The Pope as well as the clergy of the Roman Catholic Church and the “spiritual heads” of the former Protestant churches know, or should actually know, what the Gospel says. The “preservation of creation” that is propagated today, and this in conjunction with the “theological total accident” of the love associated with it, only serves the purpose of steering people into the alternative religion of pantheistic nature worship. It is not the Creator who is worshiped, but his creation (see Romans 1). A very own tradition of the Church of Rome, particularly emphasized by Francis of Assisi. Nature will fall apart like a garment, says Isaiah. The elements will melt from the heat, says Peter.

The consumer, who has been conditioned by massive, sometimes aggressive advertising over many decades, is now the scapegoat of the planet and should now change his heart. It is the large corporations and their seemingly limitless resources that have bred a keen buyer. If the Church of Rome had ever had sincere ambitions for the preservation of God’s creation, the lever would have to be applied not to the consumer, but to “its merchants.” But they are currently busy positioning themselves financially for the “new order”.

Revelation 18:3:
“For all nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication, and the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her, and the merchants of the earth are waxed rich through the abundance of her delicacies.“

Troubled times ahead – final spurt

The signs point to a storm everywhere. Economic and financial systems are only hanging by an artificially maintained thread, the sabers are rattling and the cannons are loaded. The societies of many countries, especially within the EU, are tense to the breaking point. Very, very uncomfortable times are looming and at this point it seems advantageous to condition people today to the “theological aspect” of a creation that needs to be protected in order to appease an “angry God”.

This resulting “new order” will bring its rules with it. One of these regulations will certainly affect the “Climate-Nature-Protection-Family-Creation Sunday”, which must be observed by law. The term “climate lockdown” could also be used. At this point, opinions will differ and the final reprisals will fall on those who adhere to God’s Word, i.e. the commandment of His Sabbath. The period between 2020 and 2022 has impressively shown how people can be targeted by such escaping “threats to the common good”. The final persecutions will begin (Info).

But this cannot be done for a long time, because time and hours are limited. Until things get really “uncomfortable” for the supreme hypocrisy in Rome and their loyal henchman who hangs by the tail of her coat:
