Pontifex warns against false beliefs of a fictitious Satan – distraction

The head of the Church of Rome warns against the false belief that Satan does not really exist. The pontiff is actually right about this, if it weren’t for the diabolical seduction of being seduced by poisoned wine.

Pope warns of “strange phenomenon”

Even a pope can say something right in the context of his Roman Catholic theology. However, this is usually only true at first glance and with superficial lighting. To exaggerate: When a pontiff says ‘Good morning’, this must be viewed with skepticism.

A clear warning – but be careful!

Pope Francis pointed to a “strange phenomenon” in our time. Many people believed that the devil did not exist and that this was his greatest trick (Source). The pontiff is not wrong about that.

Representatives of the Evangelical Church in Germany (EKD) are spreading the thesis that Satan is just a metaphor that describes the actual evil in this world. People therefore gave the circumstance of human evil the embodiment of a fictitious Satan (Info).

The pontiff points to a number of circumstances that point to a real Satan. After all, “our technological and secularized world” is teeming with occultists, astrologers, spiritualists, magicians, talismans and amulets, as well as real satanic sects.

Out at the front, but back in at the back

The devil, who was driven out through the door, comes back in through the window, so to speak, said the Pope. Driven out of faith but came back with superstition. After all, sinners and the possessed are the strongest evidence for the existence of Satan.

Until then one could definitely agree with the Pope, but with his further statements it is already appropriate to broaden our perspective beyond superficiality. “All the great saints” have reported a “struggle with this obscure reality.” This is not a time-bound phenomenon. The Pope emphasizes that the devil is present and active in “certain and extreme and inhuman forms of evil and wickedness.”

In many cases, however, it is very difficult to recognize his actions and to distinguish when Satan’s actions end and when man’s evil actions begin. According to the pontiff, this is also a reason why the church is very careful when carrying out exorcism and does not act in the way that can be seen in some films.

Serves the wrong idea

A cliché image of evil

Pope Francis highlighted the very visible and impressive evils of Satan. A viciousness that cannot be overlooked. However, the pontiff forgot to mention that Satan, in his own way, uses coercion and violence through the aid of his earthly support, but also seduction. Seduction cannot be achieved by holding a knife to your throat. That would obviously be brute force.

Seduction only succeeds through some kind of deception. To do this, the impression must be created of something that is actually not true. This, for example, by charming people with something good-looking and good-sounding. At this point the word “Bezirzen” (charming) is clearly prominent in German anyway. A development from Hellenistic mythology and the “goddess” Circe. A seductress and sorceress with poisoned wine. The Romans made it the Latin version Circe. Later in German the name Zirze. In Scotland they still say “church” as “Kirke”.

Jesus Christ warned several times

Jesus Christ warned several times in His sermon on the Mount of Olives (e.g. Matthew 24) not to allow yourself to be deceived in any way. Seduction is the great danger of every era, up to today. Paul said it clearly in 2. Corinthians 11:14:
And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.

Satan is seen as a terrible, horned creature with a trident in his hand, but this is not the appearance of the great adversary. He charms, presents himself as a bearer of the happy and healing message. He caresses people’s ears, eyes and feelings. This is done with the help of the institution he brought into this world, the papacy, consisting of the very visible church and the less visible state power.

Depicted in the book of Revelation as a whore and beast. The fact that the papacy is the “son of perdition, man of sin, whore of Babylon, abomination of the earth and Antichrist” cannot actually be overlooked if you study the Bible yourself (Info).

Distraction is the trump card up your sleeve

The Pope’s statement about Satan must also be viewed in this light. The head of that institution clearly described in Revelation 13:4 as having received authority from Satan. As if the actual thief points his finger at people and accuses them of being thieves just to distract from himself, Pope Francis also acts with his warning against the evil devil. After all, the papacy is on the verge of not only establishing its church leader as the “honorary head” of all churches, but also asserting state supervision over all nations on earth in order to present itself as the moral authority.

Of course, this cannot be achieved if one presents oneself in the way that people imagine Satan to be, but rather by using well-sounding words to charm people and asserting only the best intentions for people and the common good. As good as the policies of the papacy may sound in satisfying the desires of men, they are contrary to the laws of God.

In keeping with this, the large, once Protestant churches (Kirken) spread the thesis that God’s laws have been abolished (Info). If there are no longer any laws of God, the theses of the Roman Church and its Hellenistic social teaching can no longer collide with God’s statutes. It’s that simple.

Just one broken commandment is fatal

To fall, that is, to be lost, through seduction, it would not even be necessary to disregard God’s laws in their entirety, forJames 2:10:
For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all.

It only takes one disobeyed commandment from God to be lost. This disregard, however, does not represent an occasional falling away followed by repentance and return, but rather a permanent ignorance, even in the mistaken belief that one is doing the right thing. That IS the seduction. Here one of God’s commandments particularly stands out. The Fourth Commandment (according to Exodus 20:8-11), namely keeping the true Sabbath on the seventh day of the week (“Saturday”).

Since its very beginnings, the Roman Catholic Church has waged a real campaign against the biblical Sabbath (Info). And this fight against that Fourth Commandment, which means the mark of God for His authority, His identification and recognition of the true, living Creator God, will be fought to the end.

Opposite this, donated by the papacy and executed by the “beast from the earth” (Info), stands the “famous” mark of the beast (Info).

Get out of there! As quickly as possible!

You can’t repeat it often enough. Be careful that no one seduces you, these are the urgent words of Jesus Christ to His listeners present on the Mount of Olives. Back then, this was not a “public” meeting like the Sermon on the Mount, but an exclusive meeting between Jesus Christ and His followers. The warning is therefore primarily addressed to those who claim Christianity. So also those who are still in great error in the Roman Catholic Church. Revelation 18:4-5 absolutely applies to these.

Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird.“, so Revelation 18:2. This also includes the once Protestant churches, which today only misuse the names Luther, Zwingli and Tyndale for their own purposes. They have long adorned themselves with their mother’s purple, scarlet, gold and diamonds (Info).

And as he sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world? And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you. For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.
Matthew 24:3-5
