Knowledge of the final end time is very important – preparation

When preparing for something, you absolutely need to know what to expect. This particularly applies to the process and events of the final end times. False teachings abound. The (terrible) surprise will be correspondingly big.

Prophecy is not given in vain

In order to keep people in ignorance or misbelief about the end times, so that they don’t even know what is happening to them, the creation of their own creations is standard practice. One of such fantasy creations is particularly the ominous pre-rapture before a subsequent 7-year period of tribulation. During this 7-year phase, the appearing Antichrist will wreak havoc. However, the Christian community was brought to safety beforehand.

A dangerous heresy, because it leads to being unprepared for the events that actually occur and – as one might expect – the “non-rapture” can lead to great disillusionment and ultimately to apostasy. Such a pre-rapture is a construct from the minds of the Jesuits (Info).

Knowledge alone about the exact, announced course of the end times is not the basis for personal salvation. If you don’t have love, it’s irrelevant anyway. However, God would not have given His prophecy if it had been unimportant or unnecessary. It is His grace that man can prepare for the events to come. So that in the end you don’t end up like the foolish virgins who didn’t have their oil supplies with them and were ultimately completely surprised.

Even the disciples were not immune

Paralyzing fear
If things turn out differently than expected

Even Jesus’ disciples were completely surprised by the crucifixion, even though Jesus had announced it three times in advance. He will be killed, but will rise again on the third day. However, the disciples clung to their false idea that Jesus Christ was the “King of the Judeans” who would one day drive away the Romans and establish His kingdom. When Jesus Christ was crucified, almost all of the disciples ran away in all directions. Only Johannes was there.

Ellen G. White wrote in her book “The Great Controversy” in chapter 37:
The words which they needed to remember were banished from their minds; and when the time of trial came, it found them unprepared.

Even the pioneer, John the Baptist, fell for this concept and began to doubt (Matthew 11:2-3). The disciples were unprepared for the events to come.

For this reason, it is very important to be able to correctly assess the events that are occurring. It is obvious that the remaining prophecies will certainly come true, just like the countless previous announcements in the Bible. This applies particularly to the end of probation and the time of great tribulation.

Rough outline

The Sunday law will be introduced. The legal observance of Sunday and ultimately the prohibition of Sabbath observance. First in the USA and then worldwide. The final test begins. The latter rain will fall and the loud cry will be heard, the proclamation of the truth of the gospel (Matthew 24:13-14) and the warning of the mark of the beast (Revelation 13 and 14 – Info).

First, the observance of Sunday will be accompanied by privileges, then it will become compulsory, followed by sanctions for non-observance (procedure has already been tried). The final consequence is the decree to let the stubborn Sabbath-observants die with intent (Revelation 13:15).

Afterwards the period of grace will end and this is also the latest moment for escape (Matthew 24:15-21). The great tribulation will also begin, the first of the seven final plagues is about to begin. Shortly before the end of the period of grace, the last of the three angelic messages will be heard (Revelation 14:9-11 – Info).

Details about the time of the end of grace

The process is described in relatively detail

Ellen G. White writes about the process:
When the third angel’s message closes, mercy no longer pleads for the guilty inhabitants of the earth. The people of God have accomplished their work. They have received “the latter rain, […] the final test has been brought upon the world, […] Every case has been decided for life or death. Christ has made the atonement for His people and blotted out their sins.“ (GC 613.2)

Those who yield the truth of heavenly origin and accept the Sunday sabbath, will receive the mark of the beast
(Letter 11.1890; 7BC 976.3)

It is in a crisis that character is revealed. When the earnest voice proclaimed at midnight, […] So now, a sudden and unlooked-for calamity, something that brings the soul face to face with death, will show whether there is any real faith in the promises of God. […] The great final test comes at the close of human probation, when it will be too late for the soul’s need to be supplied.” (COL 412.1)

Everything will be decided

The people who have remained faithful to God up to that point will receive His seal (“144,000,” Rev. 7). It is not a “manipulative” seal, but a “quality seal” because these people have character and will no longer deviate from the truth (“had full oil reserves”). This seal is a sign to protect them for what is to come.

This is also the time when the sins accumulated in the Holy of Holies are finally wiped out (“Day of Atonement,” Yom Kippur). Jesus Christ, the sacrificial Lamb of God, will leave the Holy of Holies. His mediation service is over. He will now become “a lion” (Rev. 10:3). Everything is decided. Soon the first bowl of wrath will be poured out.

The exact time at which the period of grace ends is not known, nor is the return of Jesus known. Ellen G. White on this:
The righteous and the wicked will still be living upon the earth in their mortal state—men will be planting and building, eating and drinking, all unconscious that the final, irrevocable decision has been pronounced in the sanctuary above. Before the Flood, after Noah entered the ark, God shut him in and shut the ungodly out; but for seven days the people, knowing not that their doom was fixed, continued their careless, pleasure-loving life and mocked the warnings of impending judgment.“” (GC 491.1)/p>

Just as it is described in Matthew 24:39. This statement can also be found in 1 Thessalonians 5:2-3:

For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night. For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape..”

Important detail about the final law

Bible verses
The Bible provides sufficient information about the final process

As a final step against those who do not submit to the authority of the beast (from the sea, Rev. 13, Papacy) but obey God, comes the decree for the willful death of Sabbath keepers (7th day).

However, this decree will come into force later, after the grace period has expired.

and a decree will finally be issued against those who hallow the Sabbath of the fourth commandment, denouncing them as deserving of the severest punishment and giving the people liberty, after a certain time, to put them to death.” (GC 615.2)

The people of God will then be plunged into those scenes of affliction and distress described by the prophet as the time of Jacob’s trouble. “Thus saith the Lord: We have heard a voice of trembling, of fear, and not of peace…. All faces are turned into paleness. Alas! for that day is great, so that none is like it: it is even the time of Jacob’s trouble; but he shall be saved out of it.” (GC 616.1)

This time of Jacob’s troubles (Jeremiah 30:5-7) symbolizes the tribulation, the fear that the people of God must endure before the return of Christ (PP 174.4).
“When Christ shall cease His work as mediator in man’s behalf, then this time of trouble will begin.” (PP 201.2)

The grace period has expired, every case has been decided.
And at that time shall Michael stand up, the great prince which standeth for the children of thy people: and there shall be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation even to that same time […] The decree has been passed by the highest earthly authority that they shall worship the beast and receive his mark under pain of persecution and death.” (5T 212.5)

The great tribulation is in full swing, the first plagues have already fallen.
When the protection of human laws shall be withdrawn from those who honor the law of God, there will be, in different countries, a simultaneous movement for their destruction.
As the time appointed in the decree draws near, the people will conspire to root out the hated sect […] It is now, in the hour of utmost extremity, that the God of Israel will interpose for the deliverance of His chosen.
” (GC 635.1&2)

Clear signs of the salvation of God’s people will be seen with or after the 5th plague (total darkness) after the final decree comes into effect. The sixth plague marks the beginning of the final battle in which the kings are incited by demons. The drying up of the Euphrates portends the destruction of Babylon, as was already the case in literal Babylon in Daniel’s time.

Here Jesus repeats what Peter has already announced: He will come like a thief (Rev. 16:15; 2 Peter 3:10).

The kings of the earth realize that they have been deceived by the Whore of Babylon (RCC, but not the beast from the bottomless pit) and are withdrawing their support (shock, pure horror) and will even destroy her (Rev. 17:16). But far too late. The people of God will no longer have to experience the 7th plague on site.

God once again proclaims his holy law (Revelation 11:19).
The justification of his actions, visible to all. This is followed by the seventh plague, the final destruction of all who remain (Revelation 19:20-21).

It will happen quickly. “That there should be no more time” at the time of the 7th trumpet, as in Revelation 10:6-7. According to the final abomination of desolation, Daniel 12:11-12:
“…there shall be a thousand two hundred and ninety days. Blessed is he that waiteth, and cometh to the thousand three hundred and five and thirty days”

This is why 2 Peter 1:19

We have also a more sure word of prophecy; whereunto ye do well that ye take heed, as unto a light that shineth in a dark place, until the day dawn, and the day star arise in your hearts:
