Not only read the Bible, but also “experience and feel it”. Teaching the Gospel through Yoga. Once again, a representative of the once Protestant church came up with such an idea based on spiritualism. “Biga” is the name of the “holistic Bible”. The regional bishop of Bavaria is enthusiastic about it.

Lack of content filled with spiritualism
Your own lack of substance filled with foreign and very questionable content. The proximity to Far Eastern spiritualism in the once Protestant churches is no longer an open secret, but is already part of their “theology” in numerous communities. (Info). The practices that these institutions often refer to as spirituality are nothing more than the inclusion of “spirits” in the environment of their practices.
“Biga” – The holistic Bible
The principle of the St. Martin institution in Munich, which calls itself a “spiritual center,” is not to preach and understand gospel themes, but rather to internalize and feel them through yoga. This makes it a “point of contact for spiritual practice and encounters”. Launched in 2004 by the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Bavaria. In addition to pilgrims, meditation exercises and contemplations, those who are “spiritually interested” will also find the “Biga” offer, which offers a “holistic understanding of the Bible”. Developed by Günter Kusch from the Office for Community Service (afg) in Nuremberg. The goal is to experience the “Word of God” with body, mind and soul. The Bible provides the thematic templates and the implementation takes place through yoga exercises.
Regional bishop Christian Kopp, the overseer of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Bavaria, was enthusiastic about such a “Biga” lesson and took part in an introductory course (Source). After Kopp “experienced” the prophetess and judge Debora through yoga exercises, he came to the conclusion that Biga was a “great opportunity” to strengthen the body and mind.
The “theologian” and co-developer of the Biga exercises, Andrea König, who also comes from the afg, is convinced that Debora had to focus, feel within herself and find the right balance in order to make the right decisions.
Suitable for almost all ages
Biga is suitable for everyone, says Günter Kusch, even for children (!). Biblical knowledge is not a prerequisite for participation in the Biga program. However, a certain openness to biblical topics is required. The Biga inventors see a certain amount of catching up to do in the church. For a long time the physical aspect was excluded, although from a biblical perspective, “body, mind and soul form a unity”. There is great interest within society for yoga and the spiritual and the church can “dock into that,” says Andrea König. Regional Bishop Kopp agrees with this concept and emphasizes that “spiritually interested people” can find good offers in the church.
Spiritual darkness
If the actual biblical view is taken into account, the statement in 2 Timothy 4:3-4 cannot be better confirmed:
“For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.“
Instead of these “theologians” and especially the regional bishop living up to their intended responsibility within a “Protestant Church” and simply explaining the Gospel to people who are spiritually thirsty, and in the way it is written, they would rather be part of their desire “Dock” people and deliver what their ears are itching for.
It is particularly reprehensible that children should also be included in this spiritualist yoga program. At this point we should remember the statement of Jesus Christ, Matthew 18:6:
“But whoso shall offend one of these little ones which believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea.“
The original lie of the “immortal soul”
Evidence of a biblical statement that “body, mind and soul” formed a unity cannot be provided. This is not the case at all. Bound down to a simple formula, the statement that body + mind + soul = human being is completely unbiblical. Because the Bible says body + spirit (breath of life) = soul. The very false belief, actually a primal lie, that humans have a soul that exists independently of the body is already spiritualism. The Bible gives numerous indications that humans do not actually have an “immortal soul,” but that the living human being in itself is the soul (hier).
Yoga – invitation from demons
Physical activity through yoga is one side of the coin. The other side is the spiritual, or better said, the spiritistic background. In the concrete application of “Biga”, the spiritualistic aspect is not only in the foreground, but in the absolute center.
Yoga comes from Hinduism. A religion with countless demons, some of whom are referred to as “gods”. The purpose of yoga is to give up one’s own personality, one’s own individuality, in order to make room for fulfillment through the “spiritual power”.
Adopting a certain posture and showing certain gestures do not serve to stretch tendons and tighten muscles, but rather to imitate the postures of different demons. In some schools of yoga, this empathy also extends to facial expressions, the adoption of the facial expression attributed to a demon. The person practicing yoga empties his own mind and thus gives space for the entry of the (evil) spirit, also referred to as “Asuras”, which is addressed through posture and facial expressions.
In Hinduism, Asuras are fallen angels, the adversaries of the “good gods” defined in this religion. The Bible also refers to these fallen angels as demons (Info).
“Academic nonsense”
Maybe it was meant to seem intellectual. But the “spiritual construct” of the “theologian”, which suggested that the judge and prophet Deborah had to look into her innermost being in order to come to a correct decision, is simply embarrassing. According to her message, the spiritual person can also achieve this through the yoga practice “Biga” with the biblical verses about Deborah. Such nonsense directly presupposes rejecting the gospel in its entirety. Because there is or was no prophet of God who did not listen to God’s word, but to his “inner voice”. This is almost impossible (Info).
The handwriting is also unmistakable. Spiritual exercises through emptying one’s own mind, followed by imagination and “feeling” it in order to make the right decision, is clearly part of the “Ignatian Exercises” of the Jesuit order. An organization that, in all its hypocrisy and pitch-black suits, is dedicated to the bitter fight against God’s Word, against Jesus Christ.
The Bible is correct once again
These spiritualist programs of the once Protestant church are a prime example of the “false prophet” mentioned in the Bible. A component of Babylon according to Revelation (Info). The “spiritual” leadership role in this “unholy trio” is taken on by the dragon mentioned in the Bible, represented by its earthly representative, the papacy or the Roman Catholic Church.
This institution always tries (successfully) to keep its actual spiritual orientation under wraps. But “you shall recognize them by their fruits,” and so it is not surprising that the Church of Rome is not averse to spiritualism, especially shamanism, in its practiced death cult (Info).
A reflection of what John wrote for our time almost 2,000 years ago:
And he cried mightily with a strong voice, saying, Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird.
