Even the darkest black can be talked about as a shining example of exemplary morality and culture. A Catholic-motivated magazine dreams of the return of the “Holy Roman Empire of the German Nation”. An age of “high culture”. However, this requires a strong historical revision and a good portion of historical forgetfulness.

Term “Dark Ages” is not a crazy idea
When people talk about the “Dark Ages” or the “Dark Ages,” then the “ordinary mortal” immediately knows that they are talking about the Middle Ages in Europe. A period during which the ecclesiastical and political power of the Roman papacy was at its zenith. Compared to European antiquity, this is a social step backwards that is unprecedented. The Vatican implemented the morals and ethics defined in Rome in a totalitarian manner. One such instrument for conveying “Christian values” was the Inquisition, which was established in the 13th century.
The beginning of the mass persecutions
Pope Alexander III began in 1179 with his appointment of the Third Lateran Council. On the occasion of the fight against the “heretical” Cathars, the Pope issued the excommunication of all heretics, including the confiscation of all property. Pope Lucius III issued the bull Ad Abolendam after the Council of Verona in 1184, with the support of Frederick Barbarossa. With this decree, the definition of “heresy” was expanded to a significantly enlarged circle. In addition to other ethnic groups, this also applied to lay preachers who “dared” to spread the word of God without being ordained as heretics.
Innocent III tightened the reins
With Pope Innocent III, who is now particularly revered, a particularly sharp wind began to blow for “heresy”. He linked the papal desire to eliminate critics of the Church of Rome and its dogmas with state power. In 1199, Innocent equated heresy with “Lèse of Majesty.” In 1209 the Pope called for a crusade against the Cathars in France.
Gregory IX launched the Inquisition
The persecution of dissenters from church teachings took on a new quality under Pope Gregory IX. In 1227, the Pope appointed his own special papal representatives to better deal with heresy. The previous measures in the bishops’ area obviously did not have the desired success. This meant that the persecution of “heretics” no longer fell within the reach of the dioceses, but was centralized directly to the “Holy See”. Gregory called these special commissioners the Papal Inquisition.
Since the excommunication of heretics was combined with the confiscation of all property, the people suffered unprecedented persecution at the hands of the Inquisition. The business flourished because the confiscated assets went directly to the church. In addition, “tipsters” in the population received corresponding shares of the confiscated assets. Institutionally supported denunciation by the Church of Rome. In addition, there were extensive witch hunts with the same punishments as for a heretic. If the neighbor didn’t like it, he was accused of spreading heresies or sorcery. The home visit was guaranteed.
Thomas Aquinas called for the death penalty
One of the “holiest of saints” in the Church of Rome is Thomas Aquinas. A doctor of the church. He laid the “theological” foundation for the Inquisition and was a promoter of the death penalty for heretics (Summe theologica).
The official end of the Inquisition did not take place until 1908. But not by abolishing this Vatican authority, but simply by renaming it. “Raider became Twix.” In the meantime, this human persecution authority was called the “Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith”, with Josef Ratzinger, aka Pope Benedict XVI, as prefect, and since June 5, 2022, these religious guardians have called themselves the “Dicastery for the Doctrine of the Faith”. The Papal Inquisition actually exists to this day.
Modified memories
Hardly any historical number is as flexible as the number of deaths caused by the Church of Rome. One gets the impression that the more up-to-date the determination of this number is, the lower it becomes. According to such information, there were not millions, according to “reputable scientists”, but “only” around 50,000 in the whole of Europe in the period between 1450 and 1750. In addition, it was ultimately not the church that burned alleged witches, but rather the “secular authorities”.
Such statements bring to mind Matthew, chapter 23. A collection of Jesus Christ’s accusations against the Pharisees when He repeatedly called them “hypocrites.” A papal institution that appoints kings and princes and deposes them as you please, washes its hands in childlike innocence with a gloomy face when the people murdered by the inquisition and witch hunts come up. So much mendacity must be innate. Revelation 13:4 also explains why.
Particularly dark since 1540
When the Roman Church lists the victims, the victims of the Jesuit order, which was activated since 1540, are regularly “forgotten”. In new records, in which history is obviously remembered somewhat differently, one finds only sparse, modest information. Older records speak a completely different language here. “The History of Romanism”, 1845, by John Dowling:
“No computation can reach the numbers who have been put to death, in different ways, on account of their maintaining the profession of the Gospel, and opposing the corruptions of the Church of Rome. A MILLION of poor Waldenses perished in France; NINE HUNDRED THOUSAND orthodox Christians were slain in less than thirty years after the institutio of the order of the Jesuits. The Duke of Alva boasted of having put to death in the Netherlands, THIRTY-SIX THOUSAND by the hand of the common executioner during the space of a few years. The Inquisition destroyed, by various tortures, ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY THOUSAND within thirty years. These are a few specimens, and but a few, of those which history has recordet; but the total amound will newer be known till the earth shall disclose her blood, and no more cover her slain“
Destruction carried out into the world
The co-founder of the Jesuit order, Franz Xavier, set off for the Far East immediately after the order was activated. He also passed through the Indian region of Goa. To his “horror” he discovered that there were Christian communities there that kept the biblical Sabbath. The Jesuit immediately brought in the Inquisition, with the corresponding consequences. This church’s campaign against people who didn’t dance according to their own noses is unprecedented in human history (Info).
Just a tiny excerpt
It is easy to understand that 1,260 years of persecution, torture, murder and manslaughter, both individually and collectively, worldwide, cannot be squeezed into one or two pages. The actual extent of the carnage cannot be grasped. Revelation 17:6:
“And I saw the woman drunken with the blood of the saints, and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus: and when I saw her, I wondered with great admiration.“
The fact that the papacy today shows a (still) different face than in the Dark Ages is not due to a change in character, this is not possible for it, but is solely due to the fact that this institution lost state power in 1798. The “fatal wound”. Since then, this wound has been healing again and the process is almost complete (Info). The murderous activities emanating from their hands will become reality again.
Wet dreams for another “Holy Kingdom”
Such dreams of the renewed exercise of the “glorious power” of the Church of Rome are now being lived out. “The Holy Roman Empire of the German Nation: A time of absolute spiritual height”, is a title of such deeply in love Catholic romantics (Source). They hit exactly the same note that was already visibly ready. The moral and moral decay of Western civilization.
The woke rainbow activity, always just a splinter minority in society, but thanks to the helpful media and the completely collapsed, once Protestant churches, has been blown up into a huge mammoth. The majority has reached the limits of the “tolerance” imposed on them. The strategy according to Georg Wilhelm Friedrich Hegel is about to fully work (Info).
Catholic morality and morality
One appeals to the excellent “morals and morals” of the Roman Catholic Church. The tenor was that something like this would certainly not have happened with her still in her original power. Yes, that’s right, such activities as are carried out on the streets everywhere today would certainly not have happened under the thumb of the Church of Rome. Instead, in a figurative sense, the business of wooden pallets, straw and brushwood as well as fire accelerants flourished.
On the side of the “romanticized Catholics” Charlemagne is referred to as the “Father of Europe” who advocated the “Christianization” of the Germanic tribes. He was also a sponsor of church and monastery buildings. True, but the slight inaccuracy here lies in the term “Christianization”. It was truly a case of “Catholicization”.
In addition, Charlemagne did not exactly go about his work in the Christian way. These were real campaigns and slaughters, especially against the Saxons. Charles only overcame this after a “diplomatic deception” and assassination of the tribal chiefs. In 800, Pope Leo III crowned Charles emperor. From this you can see who is actually in charge in the state. Who crowns whom? This describes the hierarchy clearly.
Church and state must merge again
According to the Romantics, the basis for the “imperial church system” was the “integration of church institutions into the political structures of the empire.” A clear statement, which in turn proves that the murderous sprees of the Church of Rome and the actual victims to be counted are not limited to the number of victims in which the Pope personally tightened the rope around the delinquent’s neck.
This glorification page conjures up a shining example of high culture from the quite justified term “Dark Ages”. It is openly emphasized that archbishops, bishops and abbots had secular authority and functioned as sovereigns. These clerics were even represented in the Reichstag. The centers of “spiritual life” were orders and monasteries. All of this combined in the “Holy Roman Empire of the German Nation” was a true example of “unity in diversity”.
History gone out of control
The climax of the spiritual aberration in this article is the depiction of the destruction of this glorious, Catholic “high culture”. The empire was destroyed by the “Protestant heresy”. This was also the starting point for the formation of communism and National Socialism.
It’s rare to read so much jumbled, squashed mush. The “Holy Roman Empire of the German Nation” was dissolved by Napoleon in 1806. This was preceded by the French Revolution and the deposition of Pope Pius VI in February 1798 (Info). Was the French Revolution led by Protestants? Not at all.
Atheistic demolition of the papacy
It was the so-called Jacobins who set up the decapitation device invented by the doctor Joseph-Ignace Guillotin. Guillotin was also a Jesuit. The French Revolution could not have been more “anti-Christian.” Religion was completely banned and only allowed again with the Declaration of Human Rights. In the meantime, the “goddess of reason” of humanism reigned supreme. After Pius VI was deposed, Pius VII followed and was reinstalled in France in 1801. However, only in the church sector, no longer at the state level. There is no sign of any Protestant activities that gave the Catholic Church a coup de grace in the “glorious empire.”
Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels are named as the inventors of communism. Were both Protestants? The Catholic romantics completely overlook the fact that communism or socialism and Christianity are opposed to one another. How weird do you have to be to see communism and National Socialism as a result of Protestantism? At this point it should be remembered what the German Vice Chancellor in 1934, Knight of Malta and privy chamberlain of the Pope, Franz von Papen, declared on January 14, 1934 (“Behind the Dictators”, Leo H. Lehmann, 1942, edition 2020) .
“The Third Reich is the first power to not only recognize but also implement the high principles of the papacy.“
Catholic-tinged geopolitics
With this statement from an author who was a contemporary witness, the motivations of many actors within world events appear in a completely different light. This looks more like a continued Roman tradition within governmental levels than a product of former Protestant biblical fidelity. On February 11, 1929, after almost exactly 131 years, “Vatican City” was founded with the help of the former “model fascist” Benito Mussolini. The papacy returned to the field of geopolitics on February 15, 1929, after an “excursion” in 1798.
Bland historical cement, easily refuted and also proof that the wet dreams of the Catholic spirit have never been over. As things stand, papal customs will be implemented in the US thanks to fallen Protestantism (the false prophet), while in the “Old Continent” the papacy will exert a direct influence through the “European entity” founded in Rome.
However, the “whore” according to Revelation 17 will not achieve the victory she hoped for (Info). The “kings” who were fooled by her will recognize this fraud. Too late, however.
And the ten horns which thou sawest upon the beast, these shall hate the whore, and shall make her desolate and naked, and shall eat her flesh, and burn her with fire.
