The liturgical calendar of the Roman Catholic Church once again had an important Marian occasion ready. September 12th is the date for the glorification of their “most holy” names. After all, the Catholic “Mother of God” has a whole arsenal of epithets. As universal as its great Egyptian model.

Seven favorite names for Maria
The cult of the Catholic Mary reached its peak again on September 12th. In the liturgical calendar of the Roman Catholic Church, this day marks the feast of the “Most Holy Name of the Blessed Virgin Mary”. A tradition introduced in Spain during the 15th century and declared an official ceremony by Pope Innocent XI, who held the pontificate between 1676 and 1689. On this feast day, the Church remembers the many names given to Mary, the biological mother of Jesus Christ.
Mary never gave herself the multitude of names that have been achieved over the centuries. There is also no record in the Bible that the apostles or disciples gave Mary names that described a whole range of characteristics. The number of her titles is so large that “Catholic New Agency” (CNA) listed the seven “most popular titles” for Mary.
Our Lady of Fátima
In 1917, Mary received the title of Our Lady of Fátima. A place in Portugal where Mary is said to have appeared to three children. Mary is said to have instructed them to pray the rosary every day. Furthermore, according to legend, Mary visualized the appearance of hell to the children. She appeared to the children several times and at her last appearance Maria described herself as “the lady of the rosary”.
Our Lady of Lourdes
In France, in the town of Lourdes, Mary is said to have appeared to a 13-year-old girl. 18 times in total. Mary also asked people to pray the rosary on this matter. There is also a request to build a chapel at the place of the apparition. This place is still considered a sanctuary and pilgrimage site today, including healing water.
Our Lady of Guadalupe
In the area of today’s capital of Mexico, Mexico City, Mary is said to have appeared to a native in 1531. She therefore called for a church to be built on this site. The building still stands today and is the destination of many millions of pilgrims.
Our Lady of the Rosary
Pope Pius V (pontificate between 1566 and 1572) had the idea of calling Mary “Our Lady of the Rosary”. The occasion was the victory in a sea battle against the Turks. Pius V believed he had achieved this victory because of Mary’s intercession.
Our Lady of Sorrows
The origin of this name does not seem to be completely clear. At least around 1000 years ago, Mary was also referred to as “Our Lady of Sorrows”. According to the Catholic definition, Mary had to go through seven sufferings.
The series of sufferings began with the prophecy of “holy” Simeon to Mary. The second suffering is the flight to Egypt. Three of them suffer in their search for Jesus, who remained behind in Jerusalem. The Church defines the fourth suffering from the encounter on the Way of the Cross. Suffering five represents the crucifixion of Jesus. Mary had to experience the sixth suffering when Jesus was removed from the cross. Mary felt her final suffering when she returned home from the grave.
Our Lady, Undoer of Knots
In the Church of Rome, Mary is also seen as a solver of problems, especially those related to marriage. The model for this was a painting of Mary, painted around 1700, in which she is untying the knots from a long ribbon. The painter was therefore inspired by his own grandparents. They were about to divorce, but still went to see a priest. He asked Maria for help. According to stories, Maria intervened and untied the marital problems.
Queen of Peace
In the 16th century, the Frenchman Jean de Joyeuse gave his bride a statue of the “Blessed Virgin Mary”. This figure was named “Our Lady of Peace.” In this illustration, Mary carries an olive branch in her right hand and the “Prince of Peace”, Jesus, sits on her left arm. Over the course of 2 centuries, this statue was in the custody of the Capuchin monks.
On July 9, 1906, Maria made a huge career leap. In the name of “Saint Pius X”, the Archbishop of Paris crowned this statue of the Virgin Mary. Mary was thus declared “Mother of God, Queen of Peace”.
Very similar to Isis
Apart from the many characteristics attributed to Mary, the call to pray the rosary is mentioned noticeably often. A ritual that is very close to paganism and their mantras called prayers (Info).
Isis, the “goddess” of Egyptian mythology. Sister and at the same time wife of Osiris and mother of Horus. This figure, like Maria, received a whole host of titles and nicknames. In the Alexandria area, Isis was given the nickname Pharia and was the “protector of sailors.” As if the attributes attached to Isis were always a cause of opportunity, this “goddess” represents a “Swiss knife of diversity”.
She was “Goddess of Birth and Rebirth, Goddess of the Dead, Goddess of Magic, Conqueror of Death, Queen of the Western Sky, Mother of the Sun and Mother Goddess.” Other attributes attributed to Isis include “goddess of the earth, sky and moon, creator and fertility goddess”. To ensure that there is always potential for further “discoveries”, Isis is also the “guardian of the secrets of the cosmos”. The Catholic Church is in love with mystery and mysticism because it allows them to justify their inexplicable dogmas.
Universal “goddess” like Catholic
Just as the glorified statue depicts Mary as “Queen of Peace” with a small Jesus in her arms, so Isis is also often depicted in this constellation, except that the small child represents Horus. The Egyptian “goddess” also experienced a lot of suffering and pain, especially with the death of Osiris. This “Divine Mother of God” Isis is truly a universal goddess, as universal as is expressed by the word “Catholic”. A church that also calls itself “universal” and shows a pronounced preference for things of the “underworld”. The storage of bones and skulls of the deceased, their worship-like veneration, and the sometimes huge underground catacombs speak for themselves.
Other nicknames and characteristics of the Egyptian Isis include “Virginity, Model of All, Mysterious Mother of the World and the Most Powerful Merciful.” It’s very similar to the “Eternal Virgin, Mother of God, Mystical Rose Mary” venerated by the Roman Catholic Church. And that’s no coincidence either (Info).
Free inventions of the outlaw
Anyone who tries to find all the characteristics attached to Mary in the Bible will be disappointed. However, those interested will find what they are looking for in literature such as “Mythology of Ancient Egypt”, the “Book of the Dead” and other literature that also deals with the modified paganism in the Greek and Roman Empires.
Paul foresaw this in his day and warned of the lawless one who was already at work but was still held back by a power. That power was Imperial Rome. When this ended in 476, nothing stood in the way of the outlaw. The papacy was able to develop and begin what is still known today as the “Dark Ages”. But the work of the outlaw is (naturally) not yet over (Info).
For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way. And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming:
