The 10 plagues upon the land of Egypt due to Pharaoh’s “stubbornness” should be well known. These plagues ultimately resulted in Israel’s exodus from slavery in Egypt. On the other hand, the plagues or events announced in the Book of Revelation, which will finally descend on mankind, are less widespread. The “7 last plagues” or “7 vials of wrath” will be the last events before the Lord Jesus Christ returns. Revelation also describes “7 trumpets”, which initiate the sequence of catastrophes that will befall mankind after the opening of the “7th seal”.
