7 priestly levels of the Mithras cult in the Catholic Church

Deutsch

The Roman Catholic Church has an all-male priesthood. Starting from the simple “Father” to the “Pope”, there are 7 priestly levels. The same number as in the “ancient” Mithras cult. Numerous parallels to the Roman Catholic Church.

Not much to be seen of Christianity

When you go into a Roman Catholic church, basilica, or cathedral, you only have to keep your eyes open to realize that the multitude and variety of figures, images, and symbols on display have little to nothing to do with Christianity.

Paganism predominantly exhibited in Catholic churches

It starts with the direction from which one entered such a Catholic building. As a rule, the entrance is on the west side, while the altar is placed in the east end. If the church claims to represent the house of God, then there would only be a template in the Bible. This is the tabernacle of the ancient people of Israel. A quasi-portable temple during the trek through the desert after the Exodus from Egypt. Later, King Solomon replaced the tabernacle with the construction of a solid temple.

The direction in which the tabernacle was set up was strictly specified. The entrance to the forecourt was in the east and with it the entrance to the sanctuary. The Holy of Holies, in which the Ark of the Covenant was located, was placed in the west (structure of the tabernacle – here). Thus, the Roman Catholic Church is doing a complete reversal with the orientation of its “houses of God”.

In addition, at the east end of a Roman Catholic church there is an altar rather than anything resembling the Ark of the Covenant. The Ark of the Covenant with its lid (mercy seat) contained the 2 tablets of the law of Moses, a bowl full of manna and the cast out rod of Aaron. In a Roman Catholic church at this point there is a place of sacrifice, specifically the constantly repeated killing of Jesus Christ.

Even in detail anti-Christian features

An implied “Christian holiness” is represented by the place and vessels for the wafers (“hosts”) that have not yet been used but have already been “transformed”. This church calls this storage place a “tabernacle” (“tabernaculum”, hut, tent). Thus the sacrifice, i.e. according to Catholic understanding the true flesh of the dead Jesus Christ, is located in the so-called tabernacle. However, the sacrifice place of the ancient people of Israel was not in the tabernacle, but outside in the courtyard. In this constellation, the Church of Rome is handling things in a complete reversal.

The further reversal in this context can be seen in the storage location of the wine and bread (wafers that have not yet been converted). In the Catholic institution, these are located outside the tabernacle. Quite in contrast to the showbread and blood sacrifices associated with the tabernacle of Israel. The loaves were located inside the building, specifically to the north in the saint. The blood of the sacrifice was carried into the tabernacle and applied to the veil of the Holy of Holies.

From the perspective of the gospel or the message of salvation, the Roman Catholic Church, with its theater around the “holy” mass, is doing nothing other than the constantly repeated killing of Jesus Christ, the storage of his “sacrificial flesh” in the sanctuary, and the keeping of the sacrificial blood of Jesus out of the place Sanctuary, as well as the bread, which represents the living Jesus Christ, or the living Word of God.

The tabernacle of Israel, with the Holy of Holies, was God’s seat with His people. Symbolically, the Church of Rome carries parts of Jesus Christ, who was killed by a Catholic priest, into the tabernacle and throws it at the feet of the Heavenly Father. All this dressed up as Christianity, but a thoroughly anti-Christian ritual that even mocks Jesus Christ and His work of salvation.

Church sees itself as a sacrament

The Roman Catholic Church has thus negated the “house of God” and the principle of salvation realized by Jesus Christ as a human being through the complete reversal. Instead, this church describes itself as the body of Christ and therefore a sacrament. According to the dogma, no human being could find salvation without the Church of Rome. Specifically, however, this position presupposes the death and in no way the resurrection of Jesus Christ. Accordingly, this church handles the constant sacrifice, i.e. the “dead-keeping” of Jesus Christ, and prefers to depict a dead Jesus Christ hanging on the cross.

In return, this church imagines a lively Mary, even ascended to heaven body and soul (dogma only since 1950!). A Catholic Mary who, in her alleged characteristics, resembles the pagan “goddess” of Egypt Isis like an identical twin (Info). She is just as virginal as the mother of the “sun god” Mithras.

Mithras cult in church since the 4th century

Gospel Christianity in the Roman Catholic Church is as profound as the paint on a car. All you need to do is scratch a little to reveal the subsoil, which has been rotten since its inception. Constantine, the emperor of ancient Rome from 306 to 337, laid the foundation of the Roman Catholic Church. Although he finally ended the persecution of Christians, recognized the bishop of Rome, but in due course he was the “Pontifex Maximus” and thus also master of the religions.

Constantine was a believer in the cult of Mithras and showed this openly through the symbols he used. This included the large “X” with the “P”, now strangely referred to as “Pax Christi”. This symbol can be found, among other things, on coins issued by Constantine. In 325 the emperor convened the historically immensely important Council of Nicaea. The bishops discussed the dogmas to be established.

The Bishop of Rome already had clear ambitions for supremacy in the Church. Only four years earlier, Constantine established the public holiday, Sunday, thereby clarifying the character of this separate day. It was supposed to be a holiday to “honor the sun”, the god “sol invictus”, the “invincible sun”, with the specific name Mithras.

Catholic “Christ”

Jesus on the cross
Church of Rome prefers permanently dead Jesus Christ
Constantine and his cultivated cult of Mithras formed the basis for the emergence of the institutional Roman Catholic Church. Since, according to mythology, Mithras is also an “anointed one”, i.e. a “Christos” in Greek, it is therefore very obvious that the “Christ” repeatedly quoted by the Church of Rome is actually the “Sun God” Mithras. The attribute “God saves” also applies to Mithras and therefore has a parallel to the meaning of the name “Jesus”. Further details on the coherence of Mithraism behind Catholicism are described here.

According to Roman Catholic beliefs (desires), the true Jesus Christ died on the cross and never rose again. He is dead. From this this church derives its justification for being the body of Christ itself, because that “Christ” is actually Mithras. Further evidence of the secretly practiced Mithras cult is the birthplace of Mithras. He was born on December 25th in a rocky grotto, from his virgin mother.

According to the legend of Mithras, shepherds were present at the birth in the rock grotto who wanted to see the arrival of the “light bearer”. The name for “light-bearer” Latinized by the Roman Catholic Church for the Vulgate is “Lucifer.” Mithras thus emerged from the rock. Isn’t there a “Nativity Grotto of Jesus” in Bethlehem, defined by the Catholic Church, with the Church of the Nativity above it? Isn’t Mary preferably depicted standing in a rock grotto?

The priesthood of the Mithras cult is another indication of the paganism actually practiced by the Roman Church. It starts with the fact that women have no place at all in this “Mithraist men’s club”. Women are completely excluded. So much for the chances that there could ever be ordinations of women in the Roman Catholic Church.

The Mithras cult has 7 levels of priesthood. The priest of the highest level is entitled to wear a robe interspersed with metal threads, to cover his head with a mithra (bishop’s cap), to hold a shepherd’s crook and to wear a ruby ring on his finger. The Mithras priest of the seventh level may be called “Papa” and is also the authorized overseer of a community.

Jerome was completely open-hearted

Jerome is one of the most famous “church fathers” of the Catholic Church. He wrote this church’s “house Bible”, the Latin Vulgate. He wrote a letter to a Christian woman named Laeta. In this letter he praised the prefect of Rome, Gracchus, who reigned in 376 and 377:
ante paucos annos propinquus vester Graccus (sic) nobilitatem patriciam nomine sonans, cum praefecturam regeret urbanam, nonne specu Mithrae et omnia portentuosa simulacra quibus corax, nymphus, miles, leo, perses, heliodromus, pater initiantur, subvertit, fregit, exussit et his quasi obsidibus ante praemissis impetravit baptismum Christi?

(Source: “The seven degrees of the Mithras cult”, aus “Journal of Papyrology and Epigraphy 82”, 1990, pages 183–194)

A few years ago your relative Gracchus (sic), who sounded like a patrician nobleman when he ruled the city, saw the cave of Mithras and all the ominous images with which the heart, the nymph, the soldier, the lion, the Persians, the heliodrome and the father inaugurated. Did he receive the baptism of Christ in front of the hostages?”

Here Jerome lists the seven stages of consecration one after the other, starting from the heart to the father. It is not absolutely certain whether this is actually the order, but what is certain is that the “Father” describes the highest level. From the book “Morals and Dogma” by Albert Pike, we learn that according to mythology, the “Sun God” Mithras marks his loyal “soldier” with an “X” on his forehead.

Spread of the Mithras cult in the Western Roman Empire

The spread of archaeologically proven priestly ordinations in the catchment area of the Roman Empire appears to be particularly interesting. The proportion in the city of Rome was 37.6%. In Italy overall it is 70.6%. The Danube region accounted for 13.5%. Proportionately, 4.1% consecrations according to the Mithras cult were found in the Germanic provinces and 11.8% in all other areas.

The opposite relationship existed when it came to the spread of the successors of the Mithras cult. Since it is a secret cult that has not yet revealed all of its “secrets”, there can only be so-called initiates, but without a priesthood. The proportion of followers was 12.8% in Rome, 34.1% in Italy as a whole, 43.8% in the Danube region, 10.2% in the Germanic provinces and 11.9% in the other areas. The focus of the Mithras cult was therefore outside Rome, in the area that was later declared the “Holy Roman Empire”.

This spread of the Mithras cult also explains the second major wave of apostasy from Christianity in the already institutional Roman Catholic Church at the end of the 5th century. With the abdication of Emperor Augustus Romulus in 476 (exactly 1,300 years before the founding of the USA), the Western Roman Empire also ended. Ten Germanic tribes were formed and, as the distribution of followers in the various areas shows, they were significantly colored by the Mithras cult.

Rising power of the Bishop of Rome

The Bishop of Rome sought supremacy as the highest authority, just like the former emperors of Rome. The rapid change of empire from imperial Rome to papal Rome is beautifully depicted in the book of Daniel, chapter 7 (Info).

To make it easier for the tribal chiefs to submit to the Bishop of Rome, the Roman Catholic Church made further compromises. The prerequisite was, of course, the acceptance of the Catholic faith. The Merovingian and King of the Franks, Clovis, became not only a flaming Catholic, but also a loyal military henchman of the Roman bishop.

The Church of Rome integrated a significant portion of the Mithras cult into its own doctrine. Catholicism received another “revision”. Having now acquired the titles of “Pontifex Maximus” and “Corrector of Heresy”, the Bishop of Rome, in addition to his “infallible” authority to interpret religious questions, also acquired political monopoly power from the year 538, after the last resistance of the Ostrogoths had been broken.

7 Stages of the Catholic Priesthood

Such a picture of the degrees of ordination of the priesthood in the Mithras cult also shows the graduated priesthood in the Roman Church. The deacon is essentially a “helper” and is not ordained. The lowest level in Catholicism begins with the priest:

  1. Priest – salutation “Father”
  2. Monsignor – salutation “Monsignor”
  3. Abt – salutation “Father Abbot”
  4. Bishop – salutation “Your Excellency”
  5. Archbishop – salutation “(Most Reverend) Excellency”
  6. Cardinal – salutation “(Your) Eminence”
  7. Pope – salutation “Holy Father, Your Holiness”

What’s coming over the Pope? Nothing more, final stop. The papacy itself considers to be the “representative of Christ” on earth, i.e. God-like in its capacity (Info). There are exactly seven levels to the highest priesthood, just like in the Mithras cult.

Symbols of the Mithras cult priesthood

The Mithras cult also lived from numerous symbols. This also applies to the representations of the respective degrees of ordination in the priesthood.

Degree of consecration Description Latin Designation German Symbol Catholic priest level
1 corax Heart Raven Priest
2 nymphus Nymph Snake Monsignor
3 miles Soldier Scorpion Abbot
4 leo Lion Dog Bishop
5 perses Persians Cautopates,

Taken over the killing of the bull by Mithras

The Mithras cult was characterized by lavishly furnished “sanctuaries”. The inventory included altars, statues, pictures and reliefs. The initiated followers of the Mithras cult not only financed opulent buildings, but also helped to purchase candles, pine cones, incense and food for celebrating the numerous cult meals.

A very well-known depiction of Mithras is the killing of a bull. The “Sun God” receives support from a scorpion, a raven and a dog, in the presence of a snake. The Phrygian cap worn by Mithras is striking. The same cap that marked the Jacobins during the French Revolution. And also the same hat that Jehu, King of Israel, wore when he paid tribute to the Assyrian King Salma-Nasser III.

It is also the same cap depicted on the first Declaration of Human Rights and can also be found on the back of the official United States Army insignia. Alternatively, king-like, Mithras is also depicted with a 7-pointed crown. The same crown that the Statue of Liberty wears in front of the metropolis of New York. A gift from the Republic of France, fresh after the French Revolution.

Mithras killed the bull for a reason. The dog and the raven drank the blood of the bull that emerged from the fatal wound, while the scorpion captured the bull’s semen. The “Sun God” sacrificed the bull to create a new world. A “new creation”.

Christianized Mithras cult

This Mithras cult can also be depicted as “Christianized” using the pope who kills or replaces Jesus Christ, while the bishop and priest help him (Eucharist), drink the blood (life) and the abbot behaves according to “potestas dominativa” takes care of the material things. Life and substance for the creation of a new world, combined with a new order.

As shrouded in mystery as the Mithras cult, which is visibly cultivated to this day, its priesthood and intentions may be, the Bible describes the actual nature of God’s earthly adversary openly and clearly, especially in the books of Daniel and Revelation. This is actually revealed in its entirety. You just have to look (Info).

And upon her forehead was a name written, MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.
